I think that if god exists, he would be responsible for bad things on earth. God is all powerful, and all knowing according to believers right? You see if god is real, then god has the power to make every bad thing vanish. If he has this power like many believe he does, then why doesn't he use it? I am so mad at god if he has this really awesome power and he doesn't use it to help every human on earth and make bad things just go away.

Isaiah 45:6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.
Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and CREATE EVIL: I the LORD do all these things.
GOD is indeed all powerful.

Satan is the author of evil things. He chose to rebel against God.
Many times, man commit foolish, bad, or evil things out of ignorance, or plain evilness.

God is responsible for all of them.
Just as you are fully responsible for all the things in your life.
You may be confusing that with "guilty of". Different thing.

they'll say satan or free will, forgetting that god created both satan and freewill, and therefore, he is responsible for evil since he is responsible for the beings that cause it.

That's why religion created Satan. He is the fall-guy.
