Some Muslims have hatred towards Jews because of some historical facts and because of current evens...
Historical facts: at the time of the third Caliph's raign (Othman Bin Afaan) a jew called: Abdullah Bin Saba'a started a conspiracy plot against the Caliph, he attracted some Muslims who believed his false accusations it dealt with Ali ( Mohammed (PAPBUH)'s son in low and cousin) deserving to be the Caliph instead of Othman and other ideas, it ended with Othman assassinated in his room while reading Quran, he was stabbed in the back..literally...(or with an arrow) ...
anyway after that, Muslims divided, from Shiites being only a political party to becoming a totally different part of Islam... you would find huge differences between Shiits and Muslims
and no one was capable of reforming the division, after the death of the Caliph Ali took over, because he was the most suitable, anyway, Abdullah did another plot now wanting to avenge Othman's death and it caused another huge problem between Muslims...
so Muslims blame the division on one jew, and that is a fact in the Islamic history no one made it up ..
Current event, lets see..: well Jews ( i mean zionists )went through holocaust..a horrible thing of course, got a land instead, kicked the original inhabitants in it of course there was raping,killing and many were homeless..etc.etc.
pretty much that's why some Muslims hate Zionists, not particularly jews, and some just hate Jews because they learned that ever since they were born .. which is an extremely wrong thing to do..
We do not have much similarities, we just have the same source ...

Religions are like Josephs coat of many colours each one is different but all are worn by one entity nobody will tell you what is your favour it colour so why bother to tell anybody theirs just accept the fact that the colour I like is not the same as yours be happy
