"They{atheist} look at the evil in the world (never considering how mankind, and even they themselves are the direct cause for most of it)and they ignore and blaspheme God."

First of all I love your Avatar it is very interesting.
Yes, It is not pink unicorns. You very well do miss the point. It is not your mythical God. Most of the evil in the world can be blamed directly to religion. You people wrap yourself so tightly in your security blankets your cocoon of ignorance. You are so afraid you will miss your little fantasy La La Land of eternity you let evil go on right under your nose. Then you can do nothing but set back and blame Atheists who are least to blame.

What is worse? An atheist who looks at evil and says it's because of genetics and animal instincts or a christian who does evil? From what I've seen the most terrible acts of evil have been commited by churches for the past thousand years, and it is still going on. Churches commiting evil in the name of God. Don't judge.

Actually your statement is a self-destructive point. " do ma[n]y atheist blame pink unicorns or the FSM...am I missing something here?"

.... No. Atheists don't blame the suffering in this world on Buddha or Muhammad or the Wiccan beliefs or on the Taoists or Hindus. They only talk about the Christian God, and say that IF there is such a thing as the Christian God, it is his fault this suffering occurs. But they never apply this same principle to other religious figures. They only reject the Christian God, and if they are wrong and he exists, many Atheists openly say they would rather go to hell than serve that God................. So you do more to prove that person's statement than they did. You built their case for them. Congrats.

Religion is the cause of the murder in this world.

That is the most idiotic and grossly ignorant sentence I have seen today. Fundies say some stupid things here everyday but that is the winner for today.

I think its obvious, the believers are resposible for most of the evil in the world, because they havent learnt to take responsibility for their own actions yet. just look around, who is doing most of the bad stuff, its usually religious fanatics of one persuasion or another.

That's the typical beaut! They never seem to notice how their dogmatism affects *everything* around them, and is the source of so much suffering :(
