It might be false if it isn' t true but that's only if the truth hasn't been falsified. That only happens when you have a truth that is falsifed by a false truth which gives you not a true false but a true true.
On the other hand, it's true if your false can't be proven to be true. In that case you have a true false true. If it's a false you want then you take the true false true and true the false. That leaves you with a true true true which cancles itself out and leaves you with a false.
Now, to get a true you take the false and make it true by taking a falsed truth and making it true until you're left with a falsified false. But you can't do any of this until you find out what "It" is.
