My parents-in-law live in Bulgaria (i live in Minnesota) and they desperately want to have my toddler for a month in Bulgaria. I am very nervous about this and i don't want it to happen mainly because of how i will feel. Of course i am worried that my toddler might miss me, but her grandparents are like her second parents. My husband says i am being selfish if i don't let this happen because our child is the in-laws only joy in life. What do you think?

The lense is about the size of a dime. I would like to hide it... I am buying 3 for the nursury, living room, and kitchen. I am at a loss right now as to where I hide them and still allow them to be placed in a location that would have a good view.

Thanks!

She just turned 2 in Nov. If I let her walk around without a pamper or pull-up around the house she will automatically go to her potty and pee if she needs too. But if I keep a pull-up on her she will pee in that, instead of pulling it down then going to the potty. So, she knows how to use it, she just doesn't when she is wearing a pull-up.

So im pretty much aware of rates per year, and the ones per month I've never seen at $1,700. I want to enroll my daughter in February when she turns 2 and what the preschool had to offer, I really liked the cirriculum. This makes me wonder if their goal is to keep certain types of people from enrolling or if you can afford it, more power to you and if you cant - keep on truckin'. I will have to settle on another preschool that's way less than this one. Too bad it was in such a convenient spot for both me and my daughter and I liked what they had to offer for her there.

I'm babysitting my little sister and I just told her that the Lucky Charms leperchaun is going to appear in her room at night to slowly suck her soul through her nostrils while stabbing her with sharp needles.
I thought it was funny but shes crying like a cat in heat.
I tried picking her up to twirl her like a helicopter but accidentally hit her head on the wall.
Damn, what do I do?

My four year old son picks his nose so bad that it bleeds. I have tried punishing him for it, swatting his had away when I catch him, everything I can think of. Does anyone have any suggestions on tricks to get him to stop? I know a lot of kids grow out of it, but this is extreme! Please no hit the kid remarks or anything like that though, I know it's gross, but I don't think it's behavior that warrants violence.

Every day care center that I've talked to seem to have the same hours: 6am - 6pm. Other than in-home care (babysitters) are there any major providers that offer extended hours? Is there such a thing as 24 hour day care?
