Could you please look on the bottom and tell me the serial number and model number? I am trying to get my sons replaced and they need that stuff but mine is in storage and I cant get to it before next week...but I need them to ship me a new one out so I get it in time for Christmas.Please help me!!! My serial number is 0745ww I don't see a model number all I see is an address and that number, but on the battery case it has a number c6327-0320

I bought it for my son who is 4 months now. The girls I nanny for had it and played with it from 8 months to 4 years. They loved it, and still love it.
