Okay, my baby's 'biological father' has never paid any child support and I do not really have the oney to got hrough the state to apply for child support...obviously due to raisng a child without his help and trying to pay my bills also. But, is there any way of going about getting child support for free? And will they make him pay for not paying me any yet?? Or do I have to have a court order to get back support? She is only nine months old. Oh and now he has another girl 6 months pregnant {why we aren't together...lol, cheater}, he doesn't have angel because he can't care for a child, and she doesn't have her other baby {only 1 year old} because she can't either...should I alert defax or will they only think I am a disgruntled mother and not look into it? Yeah, I'm mad because he doesn't pay me, but I am honestly worried about this new baby. Please help me and thank you to everyone ahead of time.

When my wife has our child, we will be together for 6 years including our courtship.

It is a perfect time for us since I have had 6 years alone with my wife to spend quality time together without any added stress of children.

My mother knew my father exactly 2.5 years when I was born, she says she feels she should had been with my father longer before she got pregnant (I was planned). She said by the time I was 10 she realized she didn't really know my father since she didn't have much time to spend with him. She says she may had not divorced if she had more "couple time".

What are your thoughts?

I need an honest opinion. Since my first son was born 5 years ago my mother refused to take care of him since I could not afford to pay her enough. She does not work but makes extra money sometimes from home sewing. Even when my son was born I paid her to come and help me for the first two weeks after I got out of the hospital. I was finally able to convince her to take care of both of my kids since I finally can afford to pay her enough by working 12 hour shifts daily. The amount paid is a very good amount. My brother has two kids of his own, and he has had the same problem. My mom has refused to take care of his kids since he cannot afford to pay her enough. All of the sudden, I went to my mom's house yesterday and saw my brother’s daughter there. It appears my mother is now taking care of her daughter for free since either way she is getting paid to take care of mine. I was really upset since I just did not think it was fair that I have to pay for my kids, and my brother g

Both my kids have been taught african american culture (both are cauc) (Probably more so my daughter because she is older)

Anyway, my son doesn't refer to his friends as black or white. Instead he will say my friend with brown skin, or tan skin, sometimes says white skin, etc. I have referred to friends of his as being black and he always corrects me.

Do you think it's offensive for him to say brown skin etc when speaking of certain friends or should I teach him instead to say african american or black? I think it's kinda cute but I don't want any of his friends to be offended. I can just see in my mind my son saying "your not black your brown" etc.

BTW he's seven

I always thought that children under 2 wouldn't understand discipline, therefore shouldn't be disciplined. What do you think?
(Discipline= training that develops self-control, character or orderliness/efficiency)
