Im 17, and 5-6 weeks pregnant. I really want my baby, and i believe that me and my boyfriend, the father, can provide the best life that we possibly can to our baby. The dilemma is were not really sure how we will be able to take care of him/her, like medical bills, clothes, diapers, hopefully i can breast feed, but if not formula. we are really determined to get nice paying jobs to do all this stuff. Another dillema is that i plan on going to college, and if he's at work, then we would have to pay for daycare and were not sure if we can do that, and pay for everything else and the rent on our apartment. Everyone close to me are also telling me that i should get an abortion, and their starting to get to me..i realy want my baby and my boyfriend said he would stand by me with any decision i make. can someone help please, im really stressing

I recently saw an episode of Hogan Knows Best and they gave their son a "training baby". I thought that this was a really good way to teach someone a lesson about how hard it is to care for a child at such a young age. Does anyone know where I can purchase one or a website I could look at to find out some more information?

I'm currently feeding my baby Breastmilk that I pump. I just need to know what kind of foods to avoid when I'm in this stage. I'm starting to think that my baby is Fussy/Colic and I heard that it has something to do with what you eat that might produce Gas. Thanks and God Bless

after bringing a new baby home
I nursed my 2 week old son about 3 im the morning and i went to go pee. Instead of pulling my pants down I unhooked my nursing braw in the front like I was about to nurse my son or something and I sat down on the toilet. I realized what I was doing before I actually went pee thank goodness!!

I asked this before and I want some more funny stories!

I just had my baby 6 weeks ago and I'm breastfeeding, the last couple of days bright red blood has been basically flowing out. It's not a WHOLE bunch of blood, it's like a lighter period but bright red. Is this a period or something bad?

I don't mean bottle, clothes, pram, pacifiers, cots, etc. I mean those little things that made your life with a newborn or multiple newborns easier!!

Mine were:
NO. 1 - My steel craft projector (sang lullabies and made pictures on the roof!)

NO. 2 – My baby monitor (I have a picture monitor where I can see them when they sleep)

No 3 – My boy’s gym. One sat under it while the other was being feed, changed, etc

By the way to all my online friends – I found out this morning that I am expecting baby number 3. That is if they aren’t twins! AGAIN! And those of you who are TTC - GOODLUCK!

What u guys do to keep them entertained in the home.
My 11 month old is whining all the time for me to sit with her or pick her up. Only thing she likes is to watch baby tv. I knw its not good for her, but i get soooooooooo tired that i sometimes turn tv on for her to watch.

I do play with her and all but she has started to get bored in like 5-10 mins.

I'm soooooooo agitated right now.

okay so my son is 4 1/2 months old and has been eating 8 oz each feeding 4 times a day, so a total of 32 oz a day. ive read somewhere that that is the maximum amount they're allowed to have each day. i wasnt planning on not giving him cereal or baby food until 6 months because that was what the pediatrician recommended. what do i do however, if he starts wanting more? usually every month or so he'll increase each feeding by another ounce. its been almost a month since he's been on this feeding schedule. any ideas on what im supposed to do? i dont want to go against his pediatricians advice....
