I am using a Medela Breastpump and am wondering if anyone knows of a harness you can wear that has hooks like a bra? Where can I find this? I need to be hands-free.

just use a regular nursing bra with a front open flap, I did and it worked well enough, but you don't get the same amount out as you would if you were actively stimulating the milk ducts (massage a little bit as you pump and it increases flow)
make sure the pump you are using is the right size for your breast as well. Don't want to lose suction if the pump suction cup is too big or too small to fit correctly.

scroll down to the black tank top- it's got the pumps just hanging there, it looks quite funny- you'll see it.
