I need detailed infomation on what kind of things will have to be figured out or set in place after a teenager gives birth.
Should teenagers parents be legal guardians or should they immancipate her so she can possibly get state or federal help? and what kind of help would she qualify for? and anyother pertinent info would be great.

my 8 month old has started grunting for past two days while falling asleep and few time during night. She is having her usual 2 poops per day and i wouldnot suspect constipation. All i notice is she has prickly heat rashes on her neck. She does not have noticeable cold symptoms but off late she has been sniffing with her nose. She has not cut any teeth yet.
Can anybody think any possible reason for grunting.
Thanks

My daughter is 3 months old and people tell me she is spoiled because i hold her "all the time" but i dont think so... she does cry when you is wanting to go to sleep and only stops when i hold her... if she is spoiled how do i break her... do i really let her cry it out.. if so how long do you let them cry?

My wife breastfeeds (which yes I know is great for the baby) in front of her mother and our 11 year old daughter. Her mother and daughter stare at he like it is a spectator sport. I think this is totaly strange I can see if she covered herself while they were in the room but there is no cover. Is it strange for thinking this is strange when they stare at her breastfeed with bare breast and all?

I was under the impression that breastfeeding was for the most part to be private and intamate bonding for baby mom and sometimes dad.

My 5 month old son is not in daycare right now, but will need to be soon. Seems to me that the couple of colds he's had have lasted about 10 days each.. I know that once he starts daycare, he will get a lot of colds.. Am I supposed to keep him home while he has a cold? I definitely don't want to be inconsiderate to the other parents and kids, but I don't want to lose my job either.

My daughter is 10 months old and she's had this really red diaper rash that has lasted for almost a month now. I have tried oat baths, special cremes (Aveeno, Panaten, etc...) and I even let her bum air out but nothing seems to be working. After giving her baths it may seem to go away but then it comes back really red. What can I do to get rid of this stubborn rash?

We're in the process of registering for our first baby, so we're both kinda clueless. Infant spoons were on the recommendation list. Why do infants need spoons? Don't they just drink from a bottle? Also, how old until they're called a toddler. Are they still considered infants when you introduce solids? Thanks!

Someone has to pay the hospital and doctors for mother and child. I don't see any individual philanthropists offering to donate money for hospital, doctor, food, housing, etc. for an unwed mom and her infant child.

BY THE WAY: My children are grown--and NONE are pregnant--this regards someone else who is not getting help from anyone.

My daughter is one week from turning 11 months old. She is currently drinking formula and I was wondering when is the best time to make the transition to something else. My boyfriend wants to put her on regular milk, and I figured since shes so close to a year that maybe it couldnt hurt. Plus I have family that put there children on milk even a little earlier. I really want to try it but I just dont know what type of milk to use. She has always transitioned well to everything I have ever given her, but I am unsure of what is best to give. She is currently on a soy formula, but this is NOT due to allergies. It is just a brand I was given a few cans of. Soy seems like a good bet, but what brand? Also, I do not know much about Raw or unpasterized milk, but I have always been told this type of milk can make a person sick? Im not sure... but serious answers only please. And anyone who knows about the different types of milk...I would really like to hear from you...

But now she is starting to wake up in the middle of the night now. Before bed she sucks down 8 oz. But I don't think it is lasting her through the night anymore. My family has told me that it would be ok to give her cereal now if she is still hungry. My mom gave me cereal when I was 3 months and I was fine. I was just wondering if anybody has tried this and if this has worked. Thanks for your answers!!

Her colds is what bothers me coz it prevents her from sleeping.

My little one is 4 months on Sunday. Problem is he squirms when I give him his formula he tries to wriggle it out of his mouth and mucks around until 2 minutes later he takes it then drinks half. The only reason I can think of that he does this is he is eating 7teaspoons of cereal and 3/4 jar of fruit at 12 and half a jar of vegies for dinner and still having 5 bottles 200ml each day in 24 hours. Do you think he is weaning off a bottle. He also has started holding his cup of water and having little sips at lunch.

She cries & stays quiet when I offer my breast, but she soon falls asleep while doing her little sucking. Should I let her do this? Or will this led to a bad habit? Thanks
