Actually instead of eating 2 full meals cut down and eat more meals but smaller amounts. Like have a snack, some crackers or something. Also be sure to take prenatal vitamins. If possible get prescription ones they have more in certain ones.

You do not have to eat three meals a day. Most pregnant people need to snack all day long. Small little healthy meals/snacks through out the day is our way to get in the vitamins and things your growing baby needs. Your space for food will get smaller and smaller and things will fill you up faster and then you will be hungry again shortly after. Just make sure the snacks you eat through out the day are healthy. Like carrots, apples, gram crackers, crackers and cheese is a great way to get your dairy in too.

As long as you are eating healthy you dont have to eat "3 meals" a day you can eat several times a day to make it equal 3 meals. I carried a large baby and I had the same problem because of how large my baby was there was no room for food. So my OB told me to just eat many times a day as much as I could and not eat large amounts at one time. It seemed to help me a lot first just eatting more then with heartburn and acid reflex. Because there was no room for food the food just sat there until it deiguested which gave me acid reflex and heartburn. So try smaller meal.
ps. I had a 9lb 6.6 oz kid 5 days late.

Make sure what you can manage is good fresh healthy food. How about reducing the amount you eat with your two meals, so that you then eat it as four smaller meals? Your body really does need good food now - and you don't have to go overboard eating everything in sight. Just make it the good stuff!
Good luck - hope you have a great pregnancy.

instead of eating three large meals a day break it down and eat four or five small meals through out the entire day. i used to have the same problem only in my first 6 months i lost weight. or even if you eat a small snack of some kind (healthy though a banana, apple etc.) that will help ensure that your baby is getting enough nutrients from the things you eat.

your meals are probably too big. eat 3 really small meals pre day and see if that helps.try and get a little fruit veg and meat in your diet every day and the doctor will also give you vitamin and mineral pill to help you and the baby

Try small snacks rather than big meals. As with anyone who is pregnant or not you should eat when you are hungry and not force it if you are full.

talk to your doctor. if anything they can send you to a dietitian. when i was pregnant with my youngest,, i didn't want to eat at all. they sent me to a dietitian who was great. made a meal plan that worked around my schedule and was flexible/easy snacks and all. i still stick to it and it's been 4 months since my son was born.
