How do you deal with that? This started just yesterday. I tried giving her Paracetamol and an OTC cold remedy. Her fever lowered down after the paracetamol but return.
Her colds is what bothers me coz it prevents her from sleeping.
What do i do?

Well, if this just started yesterday there is no point seeing the doctor yet.

Try to make her more comfortable by dressing her in soft clothing.
Allowing her to have a slight fever will kill what is going on in her body, this is the bodies natural way of getting better.
Raise her bed with a few rolled blankets under her matress at the head end, this will help keep things flowing outwards so her can breath.
Use a steam machine with eucalyptus oil in the water, or place a wet rag with eucalyptus on the radiator. This should help clear her out.
Take her into the shower with you, and hang a eucalyptus oil covered cloth in the shower with you.
When holding her, hold her at 45 degress.
Suck out the mucus out of her nose with your mouth (gross maybe but it works so much better then those bulbs).
Offer her lots of feedings, and extra liquid. Allow her to chew on a wet cloth if she isn't feeding well to get any fluids in.

This just started yesterday, so you probably have a handful more days like this. This is normal and you don't need to over drug her or see the doctor yet. I know its scary and you feel bad for her, so just do your best to make her comfortable and let time and her little body do the rest!

Hope you all get some sleep tonight!

*try a nice long rub down before bed, that could help her sleep*

No cold remedies for children under 2yrs. Unless your Dr.says so.
Worry more about the fever. If it does not go away after two days go to the Dr. please If the fever rises before two days are over go to emergencey if you can't an appt with you doc.
Infection are dangerous for a wee one

Baby paracetamol four hourly - keep up her fluids. Nothing else. OTC cold remedies are full of sugar and other carp - don't give them to her. It has to run its course.

Take the child to the doctor. Giving medication on your own to such a small child can be dangerous at times.

Get her checked out by the doctor just in case, it could be a chest infection or something & she might need antibiotics.

It just sounds to me like she's teething but get her checked just in case it's more serious than a flu.
