Can anyone recommend a good savings plan to save for my baby's tuition when he grows up.

What is the best plan in terms of pre-tax savings, interest rate, bonus, return value?

Can you recommend any financial instituitions that offer a good plan in the US?

I know this sounds absolutely ridiculous, but I was recently told a woman started breastfeeding her two month old baby who was previously bottle fed.......

A few months after my wife passed away last year (I've been raising my children myself since then-My son is 7 and my daughter is 13 months ) I noticed that my daughter has more than the usual freuency of bowel movements per day and the coloring was also changing. I paid no attention for a week (I thought that this was maybe normal, I didn't have any in-laws to ask and no such experience). then I noticed very tiny patches of blood in the stool which were so light in color that at first I doubted that they were blood at all.The next day I immediately called our paediatrician. She told me to stop feeding her regular baby milk and give her No-Lactose versions instead and that my daughter had become allergic to Lactose. The blood patches disappeard but I don't know how long my baby has to be deprived of regular Milk. I have this terrible feeling in me that I am depriving my daughter of something which is an essential part of her growth and have heard that Lactose is essential for the Brain.

I answered a question earlier today about using baby lotion on a 4 week old baby. The woman had been told not to use lotion for some reason. I told her that I had never heard that and that I use Johnson's Soothing Naturals. I told her not to use any baby powder though because there is a link between baby powder and ovarian cancer. Anyway I got 2 thumbs down for having a bad answer and that kinda made me mad. Was I wrong? Here is the artical on the ovarian cancer thing:

Q. What kind of exposure is dangerous?

A. Talc is toxic. Talc particles cause tumors in human ovaries and lungs. Numerous studies have shown a strong link between frequent use of talc in the female genital area and ovarian cancer. Talc particles are able to move through the reproductive system and become imbedded in the lining of the ovary. Researchers have found talc particles in ovarian tumors and have found that women with ovarian cancer have used talcum powder in their genital area.

I am having my second child this summer and looking for some guidance please. When my daughter was born her father refused to let me breastfeed her, so when I got pregnant with my new husband I was worried as to what he thought. He is totally encouraging me to breastfeed this baby. I am planning on returning to work as soon as I can after the baby is born. I want to be able to bottle feed the baby breast milk so my husband and 7 year old daughter will be able to help with the feedings.
To be honest I am totally clueless how the pumping thing works so could you please explain it to me? How to store milk? How long it is good for? What type of pump to get??

Thank you so much ahead of time for your help....

My boyfriend is blonde with blue eyes, i'm blonde with blue eyes, does that mean if we have children they can only have blonde hair and blue eyes? I have a son from a previous relationship and he is also bloonde but with brown eyes, and i'd like to think when we chose to have a baby that he'd not look disimilar to any siblings

Do any parents have suggestions for diapering my 3 month old baby girl? Occasionally, her poop will go up her back out of the diaper, and all over her clothes. It's like her hiney is upside down!!! I've tried folding down the edge of the diaper, and adjusting the tabs' tightness, both to no avail.

One doctor said she thought it was something viral, but didn't know for sure. I am broke out with bumps as well, but mine look different than my son's. We haven't changed detergants or anything, everything in our house is the same. No pets!! I even decided today to wash everything in hot water...I'm just doing whatever to try to figure it out. Took my son back to the doctor yesterday, 5 more doctors looked at him, and everyone is clueless.
I am ready to change doctors, b/c this is crazy. There has GOT to be ONE doctor that knows what's wrong with my son. I am worried that my older son, will end up breaking out as well. Please someone give me some suggestions!!!! I am not breastfeeding, just in case ya wondering. My bumps itch like crazy, my son doesn't seem to be in pain. They start out small & flat, then become big & raised. My bumps are mostly on one arm, and are small...I have a few bumps here & there as well. My son's bumps are mostly on his stomach. Please help!!

My 7 month old daughter is just starting on more solid foods, she meets the "Are they ready" requirements on the bottle of these(
http://www.hungry-girl.com/sectionimg/1834puffs.jpg) ... but she loves them so much, I just want to give them to her all the time! There's not really a serving suggestion and I wouldn't substitute a meal/bottle with them either... but I don't know how I should limit her on these. Any suggestions/knowledge?

My baby girl just turned 6 months old and the doctor said it is time to add solids to her diet (baby food). So the other night i tried some friut...and she Hates it. She will sit there and kick and scream at me. So I took her back to the doctor and explained to him that she absolutely hates it. He examined her mouth and said that her tounge is a little big and she isn't getting what she needs and to try and feed her with a Syringe. I thought it was a little odd but I figured what the heck we will try it because she needs to be switched to the stuff before she gets to old. So I brought her home and tried what the doctor had said and she still hates it. So all else fails I phone my grandmother and ask if she had any ideas. She said to try and add some milk to it for her because that is what she is used to. Please need some advice on this I don't want my baby girl to get sick. Thank you.

I'm expecting a baby soon and I was just wondering which way to lay a baby to go to sleep. I've heard that certain positions will cause SIDS. Which way is the best?
