You can give a cold bottle whenever your baby will accept it (after newborn), some babies prefer it because its refreshing. However, if you happen to be feeding pumped breastmilk you will want to warm it at least some since warming it will allow the fatty milk to release from the sides of the bottle and blend with the rest of the milk.
My first child was exclusivly formula fed and would not take cold milk till she was almost 1. My second two were breastfed at first, then fed pumped breastmilk and both took cold milk right away.
Personally I think its best to have a baby who will take it either way since you never know when you might catch yourself with only cold water to make formula, or with cold breastmilk and no way to warm it when baby is hungry.
Gving a cold milk wont hurt her!
I was told not to give a newborn cold milk though since it could adversely affect their fragile body temperate. My doctor said after a few weeks old was fine.

Well I have heard of some babies not liking warm milk from a very young age, like a few weeks - and I guess their mothers gave it to them how they like it and I doubt it would have hurt the baby...
I think if its too cold, some babies get a tummy ache which is why we give it to them warmed up, and also, thats how it would be if we were breastfeeding so really I think its up to your baby and its preferences.

I've been giving my 6 month old a bottle out of the fridge, she likes it better and it's so much easier when we travel.

Not until about a yr. old or so. If too young, it makes them get to feeling too cold, like we do when we drink something cold right out of the fridge. But they are a lot smaller, and younger.

I never gave my kids cold bottles... I just seemed icky to me. I know some folks do that, but I just couldn't. They drank cold milk out of sippy cups when they were "drinking" milk... but at nap time, when they were having a bottle, it was always warmed, to encourage that warm, comfortable, sleepy feeling..
