Can anyone recommend a good savings plan to save for my baby's tuition when he grows up.

What is the best plan in terms of pre-tax savings, interest rate, bonus, return value?

Can you recommend any financial instituitions that offer a good plan in the US?

I opened a bank account for all 3 of my kids. Each time I go to the store, the change I get back goes to their accounts. Everytime they get money for their b-days or x-mas I put some of it into their account and let them spend the rest on what they want. It really adds up and by the time they're in college, they'll have enough.

I'm in the military and the program that I'm set up with is through USAA with caters to the Servicemembers. But I guess you can talk to a financial planner or even someone at you bank for different options for saving. It doesn't take much money, I started her account with a $200 check I recieved as a gift and I put in $50 a month. I do it through an allotment so I don't even miss it.
