the average adult person is said to need 8 hours sleep. this is so your body can 'recharge' itself
having said that i really only get about 6.

Well, I'm a mommy of 3, so sleep doesn't come easy for me! I have a 7 year old, a 4 year old, and a 3 month old. I usually get 4 hours of sleep a night. When I put my kids to bed, I'm still up with my 3 month old. And then I have to get up early to get ready for my day and get my 7 year old off to school.

I get about four hours a night if I'm lucky.If not, I'm up all night.But so much is good for you because of this type called REM sleep. It lets your brain deal with the everyday life. Rapid Eye Movement.

i am getting sleep of about 6 hours a day.
it is because only then you can act well, perform all your activities in a good manner.
while sleeping, you are giving rest to all your organs, and so you are providing rest to all of the internal and external parts of the body. it enables you to act will good refreshment.

you should sleep not lower than 10 hours.... so much sleep arent good for your health because you may get too much fats....you should just sleep for ten hours so that you can absorb the proper diet...
