i will be 5 months pregnant towards the end of the season and want to know it is ok to continue swimming including diving off the block

My sister in law and I both have children her's are 6 and 24 months. My daughter is 36 months!When I was pregnant she hesitated to let me borrow her maternity clothes{ which were 4 years old} Then when she became pregnant I let her borrow some of the newer styled maternity jeans{ very xpensive} that I had purchased or were bought for me. I am now 12 weeks pregnant with #2 and she did not return my newer clothes.How should I go about asking without being rude or upseting? She told her mom that she didn't know what I was talking about! I'm really upset.Please Help!

If so, will I get my period for that month? And when can I take a pregnancy test? I'm a day late and I took a pregnancy test but it came out negative. So is there still a chance I can be pregnant?

I have a cute little food processor and have begun pureeing vegetables and a few fruits for my son. He's 5 and a half months and seems to be ready for solids. I'm just curious as to what was the first thing you gave your children (other than baby cereal, because we've decided to forgo that)? Thanks.

Ok Ive got a big problem, I work overnights, and my husband will put himself and our daughtes to bed and then he will go to bed. Well, my 2 year old will wake up in the middle of the night, get into whatever she can, and then lay down next to my husband and go back to sleep. This morning I came in from work to find bbq sauce and milk spilled all over the living room. Milk dumped in easter pails, all of the dishes from the dishwasher out and scattered all over the kitchen. and the refridgerator door open. ok yes the messes are really anoying and I can think of things ild much rather do after working all night. but im more concerned about my daughters saftey. she could get hurt. How can we keep her in bed all night if we are asleep?

I had sex with 2 guys 3 days apart(one the 23rd, next the 26th) and I ended up preg. i used a condom with one but it broke and it was unprotcted with the other but he used the withdrawl method so he didn't ejaculate inside me. I don't know the exxact date of my last menstral cycle only that it was in the beginning of Oct I belive around the 6th or 7th. I know that with the guys being only 3 days apart there really is no way of telling without a paternity test and I also know that neither guy is going to be thrilled about me having this baby. I am 26 and already have a 6 yr old.
Spare me all the details about unprotected sex and sleeping with 2 guys so close together blah blah blah. I know that I made a mistake and now I am dealing with it. I just want to see what you all out there think. I had a postitive preg test on Sun 11-11 and on Mon i went to the doc and had a blood test. When the results came back my HCG level was 1305 which puts me around 4-5 wks preg.

Kids' storage racks recalled after death Fri Nov 16, 9:31 AM ET



Some 36,000 Chinese-made children's storage racks sold at Wal-Mart Stores Inc (WMT.N) in the United States were recalled after a baby was suffocated by an overturned rack, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Friday.

The wooden storage rack, manufactured for Irving, Texas-based Jetmax International Ltd, has three levels and nine removable canvas totes, the safety agency said. One model has red, blue, yellow and green canvas totes, and another model has pastel-colored canvas totes.

An 8-month-old boy suffocated after he pulled on a storage rack and it fell over on him, with the top rail landing on his neck, the government agency said.

Wal-Mart sold the storage rack organizers under the brand "Home Trend Kids" from August 2004 through July 2005 for about $40, the agency said. The product was also sold at Ollie's stores from July 2006 through June 2007.

Consumers should immediately stop children from using the recalled storage racks and contact Jetmax International to receive a free repair kit that adds stability to the base of the rack, the agency said.

I am 7 days late, my af were suppose to arrive last week, I had all the cramping in the world as if af was going to arrive, I tested when I was 4 days late with a $1 test but it came up negative, I just wanted to no if there's anyone here who first test came out (-) turned out (+) when they tested a second time.

All i had was cramps for a whole week last week but this week am not sure if its because the change in the weather but my heads tends to hurt more often

I am currently 21 weeks pregnant, and have no wishes to find out the sex until it comes out... I am a big one for surprises haha.
But, I was wondering if any of you ladies didn't want to know the sex and if people were rude to you about it. I swear, when I tell some people that I don't want to know, they look at me like I am committing a crime!
Yesterday, when a lady asked me what I was having, and I told her I don't want to know she responded with, "What?! Are you crazy?!?! That's not healthy for the baby!!!"

Not healthy for the baby? I wonder how civilization survived because people couldn't find out the sex until not too long ago....

My son is in a Graco Safe Seat and he is at 10 months. He is closely getting too big for the seat. Is there a level 2 type of seat for Graco? If so would the base I have now fit it? Or should he be turned around to face forward?

I have done so much research on the internet aswell as speaking to my Dr. and it seems everyone has totally conflicting ideas. I obviously know it is wise to BD every second day (if male fertility problems) and everyday otherwise during your fertile period. But for those of you that only did it once or know the exact day you conceived which day worked best? Day before O, day of the big O, or day after? Would love to hear from personal experience rather than from websites. Thanks

I know that it's probably just a side effect of being pregnant but I am so tired of people's flippant remarks towards me when I am sharing the joy of my pregnancy...example: I was talking to a woman the other day at work and mentioned I was 5 months pregnant and her response was "you're not really pregnant yet" HUH? I am 1/2 way through my pregnancy?! And then the girl I was talking to yesterday when I showed her my belly she says "you're wearing maternity pants already?" and I said yes none of my other pants fit me and she says "didn't you try to rubber band trick" Hello my belly is swelling?! What is wrong with these people? I am really pregnant and really showing!!

he sits up unassisted for long periods of time. he rolls over all the time. he has tried to bring himself up by grabbing the top of the crib or a table but yet he's not crawling. he says "mama", "papa", "bye bye" and "hi." he has two teeth and he knows how to give hugs and kisses. He also lifts his arms up when he wants to be held. If he loses an object, he looks for it at the location where he lost it.

33 weeks pregnant. so i consulted with my doctor about my 3 hour test since my 1 hour came back "abnormal" she told me that it basically went well except the last hour that i got my blood drawn. she said it was below average which didn't make sense to her because i would of felt really crappy and dizzy. i then said well um yeah that's how i was feeling...i had to eat my bagel and sit in the parking lot for like 15 minutes until the dizziness wore off. she then said that it was fine. she thinks they screwed up. well if it was low doesn't that mean that something isn't right?? she also told me my daughters heartbeat was a little high but brushed it off like nothing. i read up on it and it's supposed to be getting lower but most likely higher due to stress. what's wrong with this doctor???

Sorry if this is To much information.... its been 14 days since i gave birth and at first my bleeding was period like and since yesterday the blood has been more mucus like. Ok. I'm 24 and married. I had sex on nov. 2. he *** inside me and almost nothing came out (open cervix due to ovulation?) a week later felt a quick sharp stab in uterus (implantation?) no pain since. im due to get my period within the next week. i last got it about the 17th- 20th of oct. i took two preg tests about a week ago and both were negative but then i looked on the box and saw they weren't the early detection tests. it was just a cheap one from the dollar store. so i started feeling nauseous and tired and i started getting excited that i thought i was pregnant. and then someone told me that there is a stomach flu going around. so i am disappointed that its the virus. do you think i still might be pregnant and its just too early to have symptoms? also, if i am pregnant will the stomach flu hurt the baby?

My son is 11 months and I know I should have waited one more month, but I've been working and pumping since he was three months. Its been really hard and I don't have my own office. I decided to start giving him formula during the day and breastfeeding at night . I have to go in and have a MRI and I figured I would stop a month early. It has been one week and two days. I tried cabbage, and the pills are not safe. Is there anything natural I can do to help?
