it will protect your baby for sure... your milk will produce the antibodies to fight your illness.
it will not make baby 100% immune... but most of the time baby will either not get it at all, or get a much much milder version of what you had.
when my daughter was about 9 months old... a bunch of us got really sick, my neice eve got the flu... my daughter had a runny nose for 2 weeks, and had a low grade fever for about 12 hours.
so she was not 100% immune, but she got like 5-10% of what the rest of us had!!

Not immune, it provide antibodies for it, so theres no lag in production. So if baby does get it its no where near as bad as it was for you.
No matter how bad a cold I got, my son has only ever got a runny nose that didnt last more than a few days.

Yes keep breastfeeding the baby. My Dr said my baby could get sick by me not washing my hands or talking to her too close but not by breastfeeding.

I read in the breastfeeding source book that even if you are ill that your breastmilk protects the baby from the antibodies that it contains
