I am told i am only 3-4 wks but if i go by my last period i should be almost 7... how can this be?

Your conceived much later than your expected.

Wait for your ultrasound for the most accurate dating.

Wait until they test your blood again, or until they do an ultrasound. 296- with no 0's or anything is pretty low, it suggests an early pregnancy. The numbers double every couple days, so they rise REALLY fast.

You can actually call the nurse at the facility that did the blood work and ask that that number indicates, thats what I had to do.

Perhaps they mean 3-4 weeks since actual conception, not since your last period.

It can get confusing but the first 2 weeks youre pregnant but youre not. The egg and sperm havent met yet but those 2 weeks do count.

If that is the case then you are both pretty much correct. Its been 7 weeks since youre last period but only 5 weeks since actual conception.
