yup this would be my 9th month TTC i have given up... i don't know why... but i am guessing because after this long TTC and haven't conceived then i am not suppose to have a baby...
so i want to say thanks to all you girls who have helped me and given me all the baby dust i could have needed (too bad it actually didn't work lol)

Kimiya Rose

Kimiya because i think its really pretty and again easy to pronounce in english (kim - ee - ah) and my partners language. it can also be shortened to kim, kimi, miya (mia).
Rose is after my mum and is a simple, timeless name to balance out the more unusual first name

My husband wants to name our first son's middle name after his father. His parents chose to name his middle name after his father's father and their second son after his mother's father. My husband thinks we should follow this same tradition. I disagree. I do not like his father's name and am very against naming my child that for a "tradition" that started only with his parents. His parents have already voiced the opinion that they want us to do the same as they did. I think my husband is for this idea because his parents feel so strongly. I know that it is only a middle name but every time I think about saying the full name it makes me cringe. I am also fairly against the idea of naming people after family members because they are family, I myself was named after my dad's mother in my mothers attempt to make my grandmother like her. I now am named after a woman I hardly know with a name I don't like. I don't know how to resolve this with my husband as we are both stubborn. Thoughts?

I have a 6 wk old and she decides to be awake starting anywhere from 11pm to 1am and then won't sleep until 4 or 5am. So here I am getting no sleep and when I do I can't get myself to get up for anything but feeding her until 1 or 2pm. I am a stay at home mom for right now so it's not like I have to wake up for anything but it is sooOOOooo tiring and I personally LIKE being awake during the day. I've tried adjusting her schedule and it's really hit or miss with this. Every so often we'll get a night that she decides to sleep between feedings and we would have done NOTHING different that day. HELP! It's wearing on my nerves more than anything. Not only am I not working but I feel so lazy and I feel like I'm missing out on the day because I sleep until the afternoon. I feel so stressed out when I'm dealing with her wanting to stay up in the early morning. And then she decides to cry between 3 an 5am. so that makes it worse...

Im 2 days ove due, and I want him to come out like today. My doctor sayed that she can induse my labor on saturday, but only if the hospatial has a room for me to stay in. So I need to know what I can do. I have been walking streaching and doing all that, I just cant have sex cause my husband is not around right know, so what else can I do??? PLEASE HELP!!!! He needs to come out I dont think I can do this anymore...

Ultrasound tech said she was 80% sure it was a girl. I know there is still that 20% chance of a boy. As a matter of fact I have plenty of boy names...shock was its actually a girl. I still love her, dont get me wrong
I want either the first or middle name to be Ali..and the last name is going to be Santana. Please help I am really at a wall with the name...this is my 1st baby. thanks in advance.

I don't know If I am pregnant. If I am I would be around 19 weeks. I don't have enough money to go see a doctor and I bought a couple of tests and they were all negative. I had morning sickness from week 6 through week 12. I haven't gained that much weight but I can see a change. And it is really firm. I started to feel some movement and if felt like popcorn popping. I don't know if it is stress or me just worrying myself. and what i thought were periods were only a couple days and really light. My mind says I am not but my body keeps telling me I am. I don't know what to do!

I have a friend who's little girl cries everyday and doesn't want to go to pre-school (their 4 yrs old!) because the other little girls are so mean to her! She is a really lovely, caring, friendly, happy little child otherwise and is a surprising victim of such nastiness. Her mother is a work friend of mine and I see her coming to work each day so distressed and worried (to the point of tears sometimes). One day recently she even asked me for advice to which I did not know how to reply. I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions! Thank you.

after having two girls, my partner and i decided to try again this time for a boy!! and finally after 2 years we have found out that we are 7 weeks prego (after 3 +ve tests was shocked after two years of trying!!)but am starting to get light lower tummy and back pains...with my last two i never had problems and went full term with both, but am worried what these pains are? (i have no bleeding but do need the loo all the time) what are the chances of a miscarriage for me after two normal healthy pregnancies?

Everytime I take my iron supplements I feel like garbage the next day and my throat swells up and i'm extrememly gassy. I feel nausious and I don't know what to do, should I just stop taking the iron for now, my doctors apt isn't until wednesday.
