No, never. Even if it's mild it can still hurt the fetus.
Wait 'till after you're pregnant.

No it's not recomended that you do, the chemicals in the bleech are absorbed into the skin. Now you can wax as an alternative though.

I tried it and got a bad rash, and that had never happend before I was pregnant. I would not recommend it.
