I do...

I'm a middle child and I remember going through a hard time when I was around 12ish. My brother was old enough to drive and do cool things and my little sister was young and so cute that everyone was fawning all over her. There's kind of a rough patch, but it's not so bad and now that we're all grown up it doesn't matter at all.

I do.
I'm a middle and I'm 14.
My 17 year old sister is really good in school (her average is like 97%) so I, of course, have to be as good as her. So when I arrive with a bad grade (between 75 and 85%) my parents think I didn't do my best and all that crap.
My 12 year old sister is just so cute so she always gets her way and I get blamed for everything.
So ya I hate being in the middle.

I do. I'm a middle child. I wouldn't say life sucked more because of it though. My mom was more strict on my older sister and my little brother could do no wrong. My mom was a middle child too and we joke about it all the time.

Not me.

But parents who dont want to deal and use and gain real parenting skills buy into it all the time. It makes their job easier and justifies their crap-*** techniques.
