Lucky you, twins and they're a boy and a girl. Consider yourself to be very, very lucky!
I like Summer Grace and Sophia Grace. They sound very nice together, but my only problem is that they're very common and popular right now. Have you considered Autumn Grace? I really love that combination and I think it's a bit more uncommon than those names. Otherwise I'm okay with either Summer Grace or Sophia Grace, but I suggest you stay away from Sophia Kelly. I just don't like the sound of that.
I don't really like the name Owen, so I really love Dylan Scott. Two very lovely names that sound very strong and I think Dylan Scott will work together very nicely with Sophia Grace. On the other hand, I like Dylan James. Two very strong names; one more modern, the other more classic, but still sound great together.
The best combination out of your choices is Sophia Grace and Dylan Scott. They sound great together, but I really love Autumn Grace and Dylan James. They flow together very nicely.

I really like Sophia Grace, but Sophia is really popular so I would say Summer Grace. It kind of sounds like a beautiful perfume... in a good way! I also think kthat Owen Scott is the best with Crawford. I need to tell these boy's names to my mom.. She's expecting a boy, and our last name is crawford! that is also a reason why I chose Grace as a middle name, because it is my sister's name, and every time i say "summer GRACE CRAWFORD" I think it works!

Sophia Kelly is different everyone names there kids after grace or hope or faith
Dylan is scott is cool but how about scott owen
my son has four name one middle one first and to last names Alexander Jackson h/f maybe add them all together that way if he evr gets in trouble he has another name to go by hahaha
