How would you state in a contract if you had a trampoline and another child was to get hurt.
I am trying to put a contract together so that my family can not beheld responsible if another child was to get hurt while jumpying or playing on the trampoline. Mind that these kids would be over the age of ten and they are boys, so I know most parents know how some boys at this age can get with the wrestling and trying to act cool. I can supervise as much as possible but not that often as I have a younger child, and these boys know how they are suppose to act while playing on the trampoline but you know how it goes one will try to do what they are not suppose to do.

I am just asking if any parent has made one of these contracts and how they stated it or how would any one state one?

Thanks

she can afford to stay home with her children (hubby makes plenty) yet she chooses to work? The children are 2 and 4. I listened to this debate this morning on the radio as I was driving to school..what do you think?

Thanks!!

...it will be your time soon hopefully!!

After 9/10 months of ttcing for baby #1....today I got my first ++++++, I took 2 tests this morning as I just didn't beleive it and even bought a more expensive one today and tried again and also positive.

It's an amazing feeling, and still don't quite believe it, I know it's still early days but just wanted to share with you all, as for the time being it's just between me and my partner, until I've confirmed everything is ok with the Doctor next week.

And just wanted to say to all that are tccing and seeing each month go by without the ++ we all crave, I know exactly how you are feeling and to be honest the past month I've tried not to think about it soo much and take a step back a little and let myself chill out, so that has to be my best advice, take care of yourself and relax, you r time will come!!

Lots of baby dust and best wishes to you all!!

okay, so i'm going to throw myself a baby shower type of thing, for my friends only. (my mom will throw me one for her side of the family; i think my SIL or maybe paternal grandma will throw me one for the other side of my family)
my friends all a bit strapped for cash, and so am i! i'm not worried about gifts or anything, just want to have a fun get together!
I'm due at the end of February
when should i have it?
and neat ideas for the celebration?
it will be coed, and kids will probably be there.

my son is four and an only child. hes not very social. he doesnt like playing with other kids at all. that is also a problem. the main problem is he cant or wont focus. he just started school three weeks ago. this is also his first time in any class room hes always been at home with me. so hes very shy and likes to play alone and doesnt share well. hos teacher says he is add or adhd or has aspergers disease. i read the signs and he doesnt really have any, so how do i teach my son to focus sit still and be quiet, . he understands he is supposed and tries too, but hes used to free play

any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. my child is a loner not retarded, i hate that teacher hang an adhd or add diagnose on an active child its not right

any advice on dealing with the teacher too, i feel shes giving up on my child and not giving him a chance

I have a 10 month old son and when I hold him, he likes to
suddenly scratch my face! He then smiles and tries to do
it again and again. Even if I yell at him or slap his hand (gently)
he still does it. Is this normal or should I be concerned?

Besides a law, why is it morally wrong for a girl of this age to have intercourse with a male if their body is ready and they have a Bat Mitzvah. I mean its a celebration for becoming an adult right?

I know most of the time in their mind, its not developed enough to handle it. But I mean, they can still have it so whats the problem? I mean I believe a child should wait much longer but I mean who thought up this crazy idea? If she is ready, why wait? Sociery makes it seem like its a very bad thing for younger girls to have these types of relations EVEN if its with a boy thats a good person. I think society needs to work on keeping the children happy and safe. This does not fall under tnat catagory. My opinion.

I am fighting to adopt my 3 year old niece because she is not in a safe inviroment. She only sees her mother a few times a year and when she does her mom brings a guy over and he verbally and/or phiscally abuses my niece.

My sister is going to jail because she didn't report the abuse and sometimes would abuse her daughter too. I am winning so far with the help of my fiance and his brother that's a lawyer, but I was wondering, if I win permanet custody of my niece, how should I treat her?

I know I should be loving and kind and since I'm adopting her I'll be sort-of her mother, but if she brings up her mom should I talk about it or shove it aside and cange the subject?

My husband died a few years ago

I took me a long time to get to the point I not feel guilty about his death.

Yesterday, I said something to my mother inlaw, that was wrong to say
When I saw saying I should not said that
My mother inlaw told me that my husband would still been alive if he was with her. That she would of saw it was sick, and took him to the hospital. That I caused his death

My brother told me, I should not be mad. That All mother will think they can take better care of there child then anyone else

I think she did it to hurt me. It took years for me to get to a place where I could start living again. That I even almost died, because I was so upset, I did not reallize I was bleed to death.

Today, I can not function, and back in the dark place

My question is, do you think all mothers would say that, or was she just being mean, and did not care how it would effect me

What is the youngest age you have traveled with a new born? I was told at 6 or 7 weeks a baby should be ok to travel. Once my baby gets here and he goes to his first doctor appointment which is when he is two weeks old Ill ask his doctor of coarse. but just wanted to know your experience on traveling with a new born and how old was your newborn..by the way the drive would be from maryland to north carolina about an 8 hour drive. Not considering the stops I would have to make to change him..feed him and to let him and I strech alittle of coarse....Thanks for all your help in advance.
