Yes, that is a very cute name. Although when I think of naming a child I like my name because it is common and I can find personalized things in my name and growing up that was very cool!!
Although, having a name that no one has ever heard of gives you a separate idenity. It also means your mom spent a lot of time coming up with a name for you. So I say go for it!! It sounds like a great name for a great little girl!!

Teague is a term of abuse in Ulster, (used by Prods as an insulting reference to Catholics), so be careful where you shout it.

I think it's a very pretty name. There is a band in Canada called Tegan and Sara. They are sisters and are pretty darn awesome.
At any rate, I have always liked that name and think it would a great name to call your little girl.
