These are unique but start with T's. I agree with the others who said Tyson makes them think of frozen chicken. I think that too. And I think of the infamous Mike Tyson. Try these out:
Tymon Jerell (Pronounced like Tim - honour, praise)
Tyran Jerell (god of battle)
Teo Jerell (Pronounced like Tay oh - divine gift)

If you want to stick with the initials TJ, use the Jerrell, but switch the first name to:
Tyrone (nick name can still be Ty, like for Tyson)
Terrence
Thomas (a classic)
Timothy (not crazy about Tim or Timmy tho)
Theodore (Teddy for a young boy is adorable)
Tyson is not all that common here in South Fla., but even if it were and I really loved a name, I'd stick with it.
