Everytime i'm looking at the yahoo answers section for pregnancy, i keep seeing "am i pregnant? could i be pregnant?" why don't you just take a freakin' test and find out?

you can't rely on total strangers to TELL you you're pregnant. If you think you are, take a test and you'll know for certain. geez!

Okay so basically my boyfriend and I have been having unproteted sex...we've been doing this for awhile.. about 5 months now. However In July on the 23rd I went to the doctor and took the Depo Provera *sp?* shot, I was on my period very lightly, later that day it stopped. Its now Sept 7 and as of latly (last 2 weeks) Ive been feeling tired even if Ive slept all night I feel worn out, my boobs have been sore and its been extreamly uncomfortable to wear a bra or even touch them, and the last 4 days ive been feeling sick to my stomach.

The thing is I didnt get my period in August however Im not sure if its because of the shot or because I may be pregnant.
Ive made an appointment with the family doctor, just need some advice to tide me over the next 5 days.

Last night I was standing for about an hour or more while I was cooking dinner. When I sat down to eat everything was fine. When I finished eating, I got up to put the dishes away and I had this terrible tight feeling on my back. I went to restroom because I thought I needed to empty my bladder, but I could hardly stand my back while sitting there. I tried to lay down on my left side & on right side, but it felt worse. It went away after about 5 minutes, but I was wondering if anyone else experienced this? It was really bad on my back...it hasn't came back since and I sure hope it never happens again!

I was at the store just a minute ago getting some last minute things for my hospital stay...I went to bend over to look at something and when I stood up I noticed my underwear was wet. I went to the bathroom to check and (I know this sounds gross) but I smelled my underwear and where it was wet smelled sweet. I read somewhere that when your water breaks or you leak, it could smell sweet. Anyone know?

a friend of mine had a miscarriage and she thinks she got pregnant again the very day after.. I was told you start ov. 2 weeks after.. Is it possible? she was apparently still bleeding seeing as how it was the next day?

HELP!!! Ate raw burger by mistake!! I'm 11 weeks pregnant and I was eating what I thought was a well cooked bar b qued burger (barbeque at work) The outside appeared well cooked but after eating it I noticed that the insides are pink.

I'm not trying to get anybody angry. I'm just wondering because there's this cultural/religious thing that seems to be a sensitive issue. All I see it as is removing a part of the bodyand medically unnecessary. But, in our industrialized nation, we see boy's circumcision as fine and a choice but girl's circumcision as horrible abuse. Why is cutting off a part of a penis not horrible abuse, too?

My hubby has a good cushy job, he's a CPA and basically sets his own hours. I handle all baby related things, cooking and wash. Hubby's in his 40's, was an only child and never handled a baby before. He's very hesitant to handle our son. He'll give the baby a bottle, but with the first sign of fussiness, my son's back in his swing and hubby's running downstairs to do something. I will add that hubby does help with cleaning the house.

I've accepted that my hubby isn't going to be much help to me these first several months with my son. My hubby will be great down the road when baby will be able to play and hold his head up.

I just need to know how I can stay in a pleasant mood while dealing with hubby because I know he doesn't think what I'm doing is tough. I feel as if he doesn't respect me because I'm at home with baby. I guess this is the age-old question. What can I do?

I went shopping at pathmark with my older sister. My mother wasnt feeling well she didnt want to take me. My sister left me alone with the cart. Her cell phone ringsI It was her boyfriend bobby.Who I dont like he is an asshole he pulled down my sweat pants last week in front of some girls at a balfield trying to be a bigshot in front of his friends. I was embarrass the girls laughed at me making jokes at me. I pick it up the phone I told him she wasnt here at the moment before I got to say anything else.He yells at me and says you better get her right now you little diaper dick. I told him thats gonna be hard to do shes in the doctors office confirming her pregnancy test and Im in the lobby now then hung up on him.laughing my *** off. My sister came back didnt tell her about the call. we went home I went out for a while got back walked in the front door. All hell broke loose my sister went after me. I figured she heard what I did. I have to make an apology to him If I dont Im grounded.

My 5 yr old daughter has a tendancy to be slightly snotty and ignore people when the address her. For example, if the bus driver asks how she is she completely ignores him. Or if her day care givers say goodbye she will do the exact same thing. She sometimes even pulls this trick with me when I ask her questions. She is shy to an extent but for the most part is very confident. I am very sociable and friendly so I don't understand why she behaves in this manner. I have tried to tell her it is rude and she should answer to be polite. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Im 6 weeks pregnant on Monday and we really want to let everyone know our good news but we are so afraid in case complications occur during these next few weeks.. I already have a little boy and the pregnancy was fantastic with no problems whatsoever... Im probably just being paranoid but im so worried that something will happen to the baby as im only in the early stages.. what are the chances of having a miscarriage in the first 3 months???

anyway, i've decided to give my bro one more chance to pick Kaden (5 mo.) up, and if not, i would like to adopt him as my own. My older brother agrees with my decision, and my Pastor said to pray about it (which i have been doing) and do what I feel the Lord is telling me to do. My kids on the other hand, aren't too thrilled. My youngest is 14 mo. and just got out of the baby stage, and is super jealous of Kaden. the other young children (ages 2-7) love him and want him to stay forever. The middle aged kids (8-12) don't want him here, they don't want another kid to trip over in the halls. and the oldest (age 14-16) love their cousin and want to help him, but hate being on diaper duty. out of space..hold on

I watched my friends 6 week old baby yesterday
and if i put her down even for a moment
she would cry, at first i just thought she was fussing, but she would actually start turning red until i picked her and cuddled with her.

She was no hungry and she did not need a change because i did that throughout watching her, but she was just crabby and did not want to be put down at all, i have a baby on the way so i had lots of baby stuff, like swings, and stuff.

My friend even admits to spoiling her and holding her all the time, but i couldnt get anything done or even eat a taco.

Are all babies like that? Is my baby going to be so damanding that ill never be able to get anything done, because someone will always have to be holding him.

I do not want to spoil my child like that, i know he will be my first and ill want to hold him all the time, but i dont want him to never be able to sit alone without crying or fussing.


Any tips or ideas?

I had AF last week. Aug. 27-Sept 1st. Latley I have been having really bad sharp pains in my lower right side. (its unbarable) sometimes to deal with. I dont think I could be preggo, because I just had my period. What are my chances? I baby danced Sept 1st, 3rd, 5th and 6th. I couldnt be preggo and have signs already could I? And I dont want to test, because to me I dont think I could be already. I am not suppose to ovulate until the 9th, but is there a chance I could be preggo, and all my test I have took be neg? Even when i just had AF last week! SO CONFUSSED, ANY NEED HELP! Thanks in advance! ;)

When I whipped this morning I got a little bit of CM on my TP. But I've been taking 2 ovulation tests a day and took another one just a few mintues ago and still haven't gotten a positive. I didn't miss my time to conceive did I? Any help or advice on the OPK would be great.
