I'm not too into alternative spellings of names, it can get a little pretentious. (sorry!)
Faye is nice but I don't like Karman at all. It makes me think of Kermit. I do think "Carmen", spelled normally is a beautiful name, but I know you want to do the K thing.
I think Karman would look better spelled "Karmen", with an "e" towards the end. But it's still not my favorite. And if you name her this name with all the "a's", she will constantly have to explain to people how to spell her name... "My name is Karman, that's with a K and 2 a's... No, k-a-r- ... no, no, it starts with a K!" etc, etc.

I really don't like the name Karman...sorry.
How about Karmella, Karmalita... How about Kara Leigh Faye?
I love the name Faye - you should keep it for sure. IF you must use the name Karman, maybe spell it Karmyn so it is more feminine looking and sounding.

Karman Faye is ok...
I like Karman for a girl but Faye isn't my favorite with it... although it is your middle name.
What about Karman Lee or Leigh? After her uncle?

Hello!! My name is Karman Lee. No middle name (although on passport Kar Man Lee which just looks wrong).
Phonetically it's similar to my chinese name, and the spelling because although my parents liked they name - in the play Carmen she dies so they changed it to a 'K' and 'A' instead.
To be honest I often have to spell my name several times. But of course I have grown to like it especially since the spelling is a bit different.

Hey! My name is Carmen... I'm a girl.. I do think that Karman looks a little masculine.. why not try Karmen? I like that better... but it's up to you.. and another good name, Kamryn.
