I can relate~ I have a picky 17 month old son.

Just continue giving her a variety of foods.

I feed my son 6 meals a day:
breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack.

I give my son 4oz of Pediasure everday. I also give him Juicy Juice Harvest Surprise (made w/ fruits & veg).

I am in the same boat. My daughter ate everything before teething. Now she will eat peaches one day and not the next... Just keep trying new items. Mixed frozen vegies are easy to prepare and you can see if she likes one over the other. For the most part from what I can gather it more of a texture thing right now than a flavor thing.

Best of luck.
