I'd say it sure sounds completely impossible, seeing as though it takes the body awhile to:
get back to 0 HCG
and
regulate itself to begin ovulating.
But really, when it comes to woman's bodies, you just never know...

Well, I don't quite think that is possible, because if she didn't have a D & C, her body was expelling the matter on it's own. So she should still be losing fluid when she thinks she got pregnant. Plus, she shouldn't have had been having sex the day after. If she took a pregnancy test and it came back positive it was probably because her hormones were still elevated from her miscarriage, not because she was pregnant again. Her hormones won't level out for about a week or so.

Possible yes, probable no. Its very unlikely your friend got pregnant that soon after a miscarriage. Your body is still trying to lower the HCG hormone as the fetus passed out and doesn't know to start ovulating for at least a week.

I got pregnant again 6 weeks after, but I think that's the soonest possible time. You can't take a pregnancy test either, because you still have the hormone that it tests for. I had the pregnancy hormone in me for almost a month after. You should wait 3-4 months before trying again anyway. Due to my experience I would really wait. I was exhausted being pregnant, literally, for 13 months.

Depending on how far along she was, she could bleed for a couple of weeks.
It is next to impossible to get pregnant the day after a miscarriage.

no i doubt that's possible the day after would be to soon but i did become pregnant again after my miscarriage straight away and did not have a period between them i miscarried again because it was to soon for my body to handle it
everybody is different but i would tell your friend to wait a while before trying again

So your saying that yur friend had intercourse the VERY next day after having a miscarriage??? R u that gullible...either she didn't have a miscarriage or shes lying about the other. It is amazing how many women will lie about having a miscarriage...it makes me sick!

I don't think that is possible. Perhaps she didn't really miscarry. Sometimes women can still bleed while pregnant but you are correct. It is not possible. Although ovulation times can sometimes fluctuate, it wouldn't happen the very next day. She should check with her doctor to make sure that everything is going ok with her pregnancy.

You should wait at least 2 months after a miscarriage before trying again. It's probably just her period.

Anything is possible. But it's doubtful that the swimmers went up the fallopian tubes with all that bleeding on the way out. Talk about swimming upstream!
