my baby is six months old and weighs 18 lbs. the smallest life jacket i can find anywhere is for thirty to 50 lbs and that is way too big. Any ideas of where to find one??

I heard many people say that giveing birth the 2nd time is a lot easier , and it goes by faster. Im cerious how many people this was true for...and what i should expect for the 2nd time giveing birth. I still have a while yet (4 months) but id just like to know how it went for all you =]

I get alot of dirty looks when I take my children out in public because I'm only 20 and I look about 17 plus my 4 year old looks about 7 so you can imagine what people must think about me, but I really do think that I am a way better mom than most other mothers that I know. Does anyone else have this problem or is it me? And honestly as moms do yall judge all other mothers? cause I find myself doing the same thing all the time and I wondered if that was just a mom thing....

You all might think I'm crazy, but has this happened to anyone else? I swear my dogs can sense that I'm pregnant. My chihuahua will not leave my side.. it's like he knows he isn't going to be the baby anymore really soon and he's trying to milk me for all I'm worth before the baby gets here. My Labrador just gaurds me constantly. She never used to come into my bedroom but now she sleeps by my bed at night, she's overly protective of me as well.
Anyone else's doggies act this way?

We are expecting our third child, and have decided on the name Gwendalyn. The a is important to us. However, in the baby name book there are MANY variations of the spelling of this name. I think we are going to spell it the way I typed it above, but do you think it would be better as one of the other versions, such as Gwendalin, Gwendalen, etc? I am going to ultimately decide, just looking for other opinions. Odd spellings annoy me, but with this being such an uncommon name there really is no "right" way to spell it.

Our other children are Miranda (aka Mandy) and Randal (aka Randy-the rhyming nicknames were not intentional). We have affectionately nicknamed our daughter Gwendy.

Future names on our list include Candace Kathryn and Malinda Darlene for a girl, and Russel for a boy.

Im 11 weeks so far and everything was going well util now, I already have a little girl and me and the dad wanted to have them close together and be done with it, but dad is now having second thoughts about it, weather Im the right lady to be having his baby weather we well last or weather I can cope, worst part is I his FIRST FIRSt really girlfriend, like we live together (you get the picture).
Its getting hard for me now becuase I know if he doesnt what it, its going to get hard for me to get rid of the baby ( I DONT WHAT TO BECUASE IT IS A HUMAN AND ITS NOT FAIR TO GET RID OF IT WHEN IT CANT HVE A SAY) but I have my little girl to think about and I couldnt do it again by myself. .
He said well tlak to night about it and all this other stuff but I know if he doesnt what this and still whats me Truthly Im so Lost!!!
Does anyone have anything they can say that might make me think a bit more and not feel like this!

My husband and friends say leave him in his room and let him cry it out and he will fall asleep. I really dont have the heart to do that when he is at the door, knocking saying "MMMooooooommy". My husband say thats manipulation. I dont know. I want to set a routine bed time for him but I dont want to give a complex about being shut up in a room by himself. HELP!!!

It was our first time and we didnt actually do it io didnt penetrate i felt so bad that i messed it up i wanted to finger to atleast sorta make up for it not thinking it was prolly about a minute later and the hand i used to take of the condom prolly touched something else first. Is chance of pregnancy from a possible escaped sperm taking off a condom cause for concern my gf should have her period next week but shes been irregular before so thats not exactly a good way to test. Ive learnt my lesson i just hope it wasnt to late. Abstince from now on till shes on BC
