i understand its a porsche, but the name carrera actually sounds pretty. its kind of like sarah and kara and clara, just different and fun. the last name begins with a j. so what about carrera j.?

I am 34 weeks pregnant and my boyfriend and I did have a name for our son, but I just felt like it wasn't "right". Now that we've started looking at names again, we cannot agree on what his name will be. He wants something very unique and I want something traditional. I'm scared that I am just going to have to settle with a name I'm not 100% sure about. I need some advice please! :)

i was just wondering if children have a better chance of surviving if they fall into an empty pool or a filled up pool..i know if the pool is empty the wellbeing of the child depends on how deep the pool is,.and if the pool is filled up the wellbeing of the child depends on how long he/she stays underwater... but after all i would like everybody's opinion..im only 16 but for some reason i find this question quite debatable...so pls hlp

Just wondering, tonight i went shopping (i'm a 28 year old mom) with my 4 year old son riding high on my shoulders the whole time, even while standing in line at the service desk, and checking out, and walking around the store for like an hour, he was up there. Do people think that's weird? because i noticed some people looking at him up there, and i wonder if it looks weird with a boy sitting on a woman's shoulders at the store...what do you think?

whenI was a child, until to day I am 27 years old, I was not able to have boundaries to protect myself, I mean I was a victim of emtional, mental,verbal, physical abuse etc.. I have a problem to put boundaries, if I do I might come across to people that I am rude, or as if I tell people it's not of your business while I have been told they want the best for me. i can' win my family or relatives affection and emotional support.
my self-esteem is wonded.
I am afraid of both counsellor reaction if I told her/him my problem.
what shell I do?
my wounded self-esteem has stopped me from putting strong boundaries to protect myself from nosy people, and relatives abuse overseas and in australia.

i am a 23 year old with 2 kids. my daughter is 4 and my son will be 1 june 27th. before i had my son i told my boyfriend that i DID NOT want to be a stay at home mom, and now he has forced it upon me. so, i set in a 2 bedroom apt. with 2 kids all day every day, and i feel like i am literally going crazy. i NEVER spank my kids (i do swat the babies hand when he is into something he should not be) but i do curse at them. i say "get your @ss in the bed/bedroom" to my daughter alot and use the f-word. i feel HORRIBLE about this but i cant stop. i feel like my daughter is going to end up hating me and feel unloved. i feel alone, tired, useless, and sometimes i feel like i could just get into my car and drive off and never come back ever again. i am lost and dont know what to do.

i have a 4 year old girl whos behoviuor is out of controll , she has the worse temper tantrum and has at least 20 a day , every thing has to go her way and has to be done when she wants it done and if not she is uncotrolable , i am not really sure what to do any more .. i am unable to leave the house and can not take her any where because of this she has been like this since about 18 months i have atken her to the doctors and to a behaviour center to try and correct this and nothing has helped i have changed her diet and still nothing .. she doesnt know how to keep still and is always going flat chat ... i am considering having her tested for ADHD what does every one else think i am all out of options and she is going to school next year and would like to try and get it sorted out by then .. PLEASE HELP....

I really cared for this man I used to feed sea turtles with. He got stationed in Hawaihi. We kept e-mailing tried to see eachother several times, made plans, but it never worked out. I'm into my second trimester and getting really sick of drinking water. What are some alternatives that are ok to drink while I'm pregnant? From what I've read Crystal Light is out of the question because of the artificial sweeteners. That would have been my drink of choice if it weren't for this.

My mom read my journal and found out i had sex...I'm 19 and it was protected with my b/f. My parents are really upset and my dad is not even speaking to me. The thing is, my parents are over-protective and have never allowed me to go to parties, i have to go to early movies, i'm not allowed to date or pretty much do anything my friends can do. When i ask my parents why they say "Because we said so!" And they have never ever talked to me about sex or told me they wanted me to wait for marriage. EVER. We have never been to church as a family. My dads not even a Christian. Do they have a right to be mad??
