I want to say something first. Most teen guys do not want sex all the time. It's a common steryotype of guys. Teens are going through puberty and hormones are rushing through our bodies, but that doesn't mean that we (teen guys) want sex all the time.
I'm a teenage guy, and I intend to wait for the right woman before having sex, I'm not going to rush out before I'm mentally mature enough. I've seen some people out here that say that they've had sex when they were 13. That's not right! You're not mentally prepared to have sex and possibly get the girl you're with pregnant.

That's just a stereotype. Not all teen guys wanna do it .
First, it came that way because the influence of the hormone testosterone when they physically mature and develop makes them "horny". The hormone suddenly appears around 12-14 so it really jumpstars their libido and you can't do anything about that.
Second, peer pressure dictates that to be "in" with the crowd, you have to do it, as most of the hip and popular students have "done it".
Thirdly, they want experience and they get jealous of those who did it.

It is all hormones. Puberty hits and they get this rush of testosterone. We can't leave out the fact that girls are the same too. We tend to forget that girls are just as curious about sex as guys are, and once you do it usually you want to do it again if it feels good.

Hormones, but it doesn't stop at age 17. College guys are the same way just with more experience.

Most male teens in that range of age are in the verge of sexual curiosity, and hormonal changes. It's a natural thing as part of their growth... although some have no self-control.

Testosterone and the fact that they probably havent had it before. I mean as soon as they have sex they arent nearly as addicted, but until then there number one goal is to get laid.
