I went to find out about getting a late deal not so long ago and was informed that you cant travel by most airline companys after 32 weeks. They were adimant at the travel agents that it is not allowed and even at that point some may ask for a covering letter from your gp.
So i will have to settle for later in the year as im now 40m weeks!!
The reason being,d.v.t deep vein thrombosis which is a high risk factor for pregnant women.Insurance purposes and for the airlines to cover themselfs in the eventuality of something happening while you are on the plane.Aswell as premature labour!!

On the show House, there was a 8 month old pregnant chick....and he said she wasn't supposed to be on a plane. My mommy is a nurse, and she says just about everything they say in that show is true :]
On a serious note, no you probably shouldn't. It seems as if babies always come early...but that should be something you discuss with your doctor, because he or she should know....

This is something you need to talk to your doctor about. It depends on where you are flying...how long the flight, etc. My doc didn't want me to go on a 45 min flight when I was 8 months. Sorry I don't have more information, but it is best you get this info from your doctor.

Pay an toddler's fare and e book the extra beneficial seat ahead. do no longer anticipate it being available or presented on the gate. this permit you carry the new child's carseat onboard that's a lot safer than taking him on your lap, quite on a puddle-jumper the place you sense the turbulence a lot extra strongly than on a huge jetliner. This additionally leaves your palms loose to amuse and function a tendency to the new child if he gets fussy. Planes are flying comprehensive many times so the possibilities that there'll be one extra seat on a small-means airplane are no longer all that good. and that i easily have seen little ones leap from their mothers' palms in tough air whilst they weren't constrained, on 2 distinctive flights final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days on my own. One new child struck his head on the leg of the seat in front of him so annoying that all and sundry on the airplane could desire to hearken to it. toddler seats are many times a lot extra low value than grownup seats; no longer properly worth risking your new child's secure practices just to maintain some money.
