Here's the senario...(father has custody of son)

Mother decides to take son to the orthodontist and is told 7-yr old son needs braces, father tells her not to have it done until insurance kicks in in 4 months. Mother then tells father that she will pay for the braces each month and takes son to have them put on, now 2 months later mother expects father to pay for braces, but since braces are now a pre-existing condition insurance won't take over...Who do you think should be stuck with the bill?

I Have taken two pregnacy test and they both where negative but i barely had a period last month and this month i completely skipped my period. Can i still be pregnate or is it something else . I just need ideas of what it can be.

When you look at some of the questions and remarks on all of these catagories, not just R&S, does it just depress you and make you sad to see what a horrible state this world and it's people are in? I mean, it's not something you always think about, but when you do, it really hurts. It's a hurt deep down in my soul. For all these people. I find myself just praying that today will be the day Jesus comes back for me.

I'm 34 weeks pregnant, and haven't signed up for birthing classes, and now I think it's too late :(
my husband kept saying that it's not important .. but geeze, of course it's not important to him, I'm the one pushing a baby out of my vagina!!!!
Anyway, I just want to know who has and who hasn't had birthing classes . . and for those who have would they reccommend them??
I'm starting to freak out ..

I just found out I am pregnant and were very excited! My husband and I have been trying for about 6months.... Now that we are pregnant I have a billion questions! This may be a silly question... I had sex with my husband the day before my LH surge. He went offshore so I am hoping for the best. It's too soon to take a test (because it has only been 8 days) My nipples hurt and are more swollen that normal, but that seems like the only "sign" I notice. And plus I am very moody :( Can someone help and tell me are there any signs this early? I also keep having dreams that I am pregnant but I doubt that matters.

I just went for my first ob appointment at 13 weeks. I felt unusually large for dates and my uterus already felt heavy. When the midwife checked me she said I felt like I was 16 weeks along already. When she checked for a heartbeat, she found one on me left side and then my right. She said they sounded about the same rate; so she think it's the same baby. She orderd an u/s to check the dates. Although, I know my date are right I had a normal on time period before I got pregnant. It was definilty not implantation bleeding. I have 2 weeks until I get my u/s and the wait is awful. Could this be twins?

My sister passed away in Dec. and my niece and her had there disagreement time and time again. My niece is 20 and she is now pregnant with her second child another girl. Now my niece wants to name her after my sister. Am I wrong to actually demand her not to use my sisters name. I feel if she wanted to name a child after my sister she should of done it with her first child when my sister was around.

How can i make my luteul phase longer? I only have a short one every other month, so is there is anything that i can do to make it longer on those months? I would prefer not to have to go to the doctor, so is there anything i can take, or eat or something that can help?

Help! My 16-month-old (almost 17) is still learning to communicate, does well with some sign language (we don't know the one for potty yet) but is starting to try and pull off his diaper even if he pees in it just once. I think he should use the toilet, but I don't know if we can communicate so that he can tell me when he has to go or if he knows to hold it?? He pees himself a lot lately overnight and such with his diaper because he likes drinking something to go to sleep or right before. Help!

I went to the doct last Sat and he said my cervix was completely closed, i went there today and i am now 2CM dialated and 60% effaced...what a change in 4 days! How much longer do you think?

Ok here is what happened...i went to my friends house nd she has brotherz...me nd her brotherz stayed up all night....then i went to bed...well the first brother comes in and we fool around nd then we have sex...nd yes it was unprotected...we only went for like 5 minutes then he left...then the other brother came in nd we started fooling around...then we had sex for like 3 hours nd he wasnt protected either....he said he pulled out when he felt it....but cant u get pregnant anywayz??? then i went with my boyfriend to his house the next day nd we had sex there...nd we werent protected...so i am 15....nd my ovulaion time is the 25 nd we had sex on the 27 nd the 28...so do u think i can b pregant...???? need help please...

that he needs to be 16 at most places he has applies (likeTom Thumb and Walgreens). I remember getting my first job at 15. Can anyone suggest somewhere that would hire him considering he is so close and we are tired of him always asking for $$ to go out with friends and he needs to start saving for a car! I am going to go NUTS if I cannot get him out earning his keep around here. And please don't suggest mowing lawns because I cannot drive him around wth a mower that just will not work! Thanks!

I am 9 weeks pregnant and I am seeing my doctor today. Will they be able to hear my babies heartbeat today? I have been so anxious about this appointment cause I haven't been feeling pregnant at all. I have had a symptom free pregnancy. I saw the babies heartbeat at seven weeks in an ultrasound but we aren't doing an u/s today so I was wondering if they will be able to hear the babies heartbeat with the dopler at this time. Also is anyone else having a symtpom free pregnancy?

My son has a MySpace account under a false name. I am aware of his site and I monitor it regularly (he is not aware of this). I discovered that while I was on a backpacking trip over Memorial weekend, and he was at home with my fiance, he went out with some friends and got drunk for the first time. I know he was probably driving... Anyway, I do not want him to know that I know about his MySpace account, but I am in a bit of a quandary. Do I confront him about the past weekend, or do I let it go and just talk to him about drinking and driving in general? Is it wrong to be monitoring his MySpace account without him knowing?
