And what's with the saying about "flesh and blood". If you can't love someone with different genes to you, that's just crazy. My friend is adopted, and loves her parents, they are her 'real' parents. It sounds really selfish to me to say about your own flesh and blood being more important.

My parents decided to give me an awful name and I been cursed with it ever since I was born. I have hated growing up with it and I'm ready for a change. It is unpronoucable and embarrassing, so I am planning on changing it when I transfer colleges and move out of state next year . Here are a few names I have in mind, tell me which one you like the best. Or if you have any nice, simple and pretty names in mind, I am totally up for suggestions too. Thanks!!

So my mom STiLL threatens to spank me. i think im old enough to not have to think of that. but sometimes she will say if u dont shut up or behave i will pull down your pants infront of everyone in the store(when were in public) and one time she did! it was so embarassing so we were in the store and i was telling her i wanted to leave so then she says, not till im done! and i said noo i just want to go and i got so mad i kept yelling then she took me to the nearest chair, pulled down my pants and my underwear and spanked me and everyone was staring and some girl was laughing it was sooo embarassing. i think i deserved it though. what do you think? then one time when my friend haley came over she spanked me in front of her with no underwear on! she says im going to spank u the next time u misbehave even if i have to do it infront of all your friends! she usually does it in fron t of people she says to my grandma that it teaches me to behave. so wat do u all think?

He Is still In a cot. I will put him down and he will just scream the roof down. I know he Is ok as when I go back In he Is all smiles. Im at my witts end, he just will not sleep In there. pregnant and sometimes I get this weird kind of "popping" feeling (almost like the same feeling as when the baby does a small kick in my stomach)....in my butt? Its so weird! I can't stop it.

i am 39 weeks and 1 day, i know the bad effects castor oil can have on you and all that, i dont want any negative answers because i do not care about what you all say bad about it, the **** works becuase i know like 10 people its worked for, i took some castor oil about 1 1/2 ounces and i had diarrea like a hour after and im having contractions but they are braxton hicks, they are strong but not painful, how long will it take to kick in if its gonna work on me, i know it dont work on everyone, again... please no negative answers, i dont want to reade them i know all that already, but whats the longest it can take to work, anyone tried it and it worked id like to hear your story, thanks

I found out I am prego 2 weeks ago. Since then my hubby and I have been looking to move closer to my folks so my mom can babysit. Well Wed. one of my co-workers approched me about why I am looking to move when I just built a new home, so I told her what was going on. About that time one of my other co-workers walked in so we all started talking about how I am going to the doc next Thur. to confirm and I was planning to tell the bosses when the doc confirmed. Friday when I got to work one of my bosses told me they are going to cut down expenses in the office and the office manager is the one to go and they are getting an answering service. She was real assuring that I could find something (even after I confessed to her about my pregnancy). I wasn't to concerned it could be because of the preg. until my Dad and hubby brought it up. I mean how much r they really saving? I only make $25k. Have you ever had anything like this happen? Do u think it will be hard to find a new job?

I went shopping with my friends and left my5 year old at home with my fiancee and when i came back it was hell. I asked this question the other day, but I was hoping for more responses.

Anyway, here goes..

I'm 34 weeks pregnant, and the last 3 or 4 days have been hell, My groin area is really sore, it hurts to walk, I can't lift my legs very high without pain, and at night I can't even roll over without being in lots of pain.

I'm aware that the ligaments and bones in the pelvis are stretching, but this is my second and although I was a little stiff with him towards the end, it was nothign like this. Also I'm a little swollen in that area as well.

I have a doctors appointment on friday, but I would like peoples opinions please.

Hi my 10 month old loves to play with daddy's belt, that's the only thing he plays with lately i'm abit concerned ,
is this normal behaviour ? i don't want him to grow up into bondage stuff because whips and leather belts remind me of scary stuff.
