why are 11-13 year old girls these days so trashy?

their "sexy" clothes, overly padded too big bras, loads of make-up, boyfriends, and sex? what is this world coming to?

yes i know that other countries get married at 13 but they are not dressing trashy and being little sl*ts and they do have kids young but at least they planned it and they are keeping it!

the parents do not have a high standard anymore. im 15 and understand what you mean, i am not that way at all. they are like that because the adults these days are worried about stuff like popularity, and getting their kids to leave them alone, and not wanting to take responsibility for their actions. things like that. i think the parents should and need to get stricter on their children. it is becoming out of hand.

Not all 11-13 year old girls are like that. I don't think its right to groups them all together as 'trashy'. Im am 14 and i know what your talking about though. I have to live with them everyday! Its just because they want to feel like there above the system and not under anybody's control. They want to do whatever they want to do and they are out to prove no one can stop them.

Why are you lumping all young girls together. My daughter and her friends dress very nicely thank you. Maybe it does have something to do with the parents as most of you think however most of the way they want to dress comes from society. I buy all of my daughters clothes and I can tell you that there is nothing wrong with what she wears. Most days one of her friend's is over here borrowing something from her. I make her wear leggings with her skirts and tank tops under her shirt. She does not date and one of her friend's mom was schoked to learn that her daughter thought she had a boyfriend. My daughter tells me that alot of her friend's think that if they hang out with a boy then that's their boyfriend. Yes maybe the parents should explain better about realationships but I still believe that it's society and not nessesary the parents.

I guess they just want to grow up fast. I'm a 14 year old girl, but I don't stuff my bra and try to show of my parts. I just use the usual Abercrombie, Hollister, and Guess...etc. I agree a lot of girls my age are getting into that. I wish it could be stopped. Like its illegal to date anyone 18 and over when you are a minor, it should be the same with theses slutty outfits. Don't you think so?

Because that is the example of how women are that they see on tv and around them. They think dressing and looking this way makes them look older and more mature. They think having sex makes them all grown up even though they aren't ready for the consequences. They don't have anyone there riding their butts to act like real ladies and not sleazy ho's.

Frankly, this is all the parents' fault for not having guidelines of modesty and morality in their home. I'm not a bible thumper by any means, but there is such a thing as being modest and respectful, and not allowing children to become sexualized at young ages.

ok well parents these days (some are only twice their childs age) are a lil too young to have kids themselves and they just want to be left alone so they think they are giving their kids respect (and trying to be their "friends") but really they just giv them watever they want so they wont hav to deal w/ them themselves
that and media is big issue (that plants the idea in the kids heads)
then after the kids start doing watever and whoever they want the parents dont help by not stepping in and stopping the madness
trust me it ticks me off too, im surrounded by them and makes me soo mad i want to punch an infant (figure of speech no i wud nvr do that ofcourse) but my sister had a child wen she was like 23-24 ish and my parents make me basically raise the kid(in away) so that way i wont b like the skanks that are paris hilton wannabes

they think that they look like they are older. It tries to make them fell more grown up and sexy. many boys like that kind of style, but i am 13 and i think that they r all l*******s ! i fancy a girl but she is not at all like your stereotypical image of the common 13 year old. me and her are both 13 and neither of us feel the need to be slutty. as of sex, i wouldn be able to have it coz there is noone to have it with! not all of the girls in the world are sex driven maniacs. some are really great peeps.

well, excuse you, but I am 12 and I have never had a boyfriend, or sex, or worn a padded bra or make up. Just some of us are, because they are too boy-crazy. That has to do with a lot of it.
