I hearya.
I'm fifth out of seven kids myself, so I can understand your position on this.
Obviously, your mom loves kids. Just think about the fact that if she wasn't into loving all of you, you yourself wouldn't even be here. So welcome the new little one, and be prepared for all the joys, pain, highs and lows of a new baby.
The baby can be a big booster, too. They are always funny, and will do anything you tell them to. Be prepared to be the adored older sibling.

Well, you are very lucky to have so many siblings. I was an only child, mind you I am now in my 40's but when I lost both my parents over the years I had no one to turn to, yes I have my two kids and a husband, but it would have been great to swap stories if I had siblings about growing up in the family. You are so lucky family is everything and when you are all older will have so much fun together, even now you will. Let your mom know how you feel so she can talk to you also, you will feel better after talking to her and sharing your feelings. All the best to you and lucky you.

Are you the oldest??? Where do you fit in age wise?? I don't know why you would be sad unless something is going on you don't want to reveal. Talk it over with one of the other children. If you can talk to your Mom, then do so. I would not try and make her feel bad though, maybe she has some hidden feelings also that she would like to share. Maybe she would explain her decision to have another child. There are thousands of suggestions as to what you could do. Just ask.

Your mom is having another kid, face that fact! Think about the pros and cons about your mother having another kid. Other children would kill to have a sibling; you should be glad!

i only have one sibling. and i always wanted to have more. so be grateful.
a big family is better and happier. when your mom gets old you're not the only one to take care of her.
