He has NO sense of responsibility AT ALL. He came home with a D in English last week and hadn't turned in 4 EASY assignments (complete 0's) and blamed my husband because he said he "didn't have anything to read to do the assignment on" but had never even asked to go to the library or said he needed a book. We ask EVERY day if he has assignments, he says "no" and plays on his computer all night. He was put on a week's restriction from all electronics and every single day he came home yelling and screaming that he didn't understand why we cared if he got good grades- he's FINE with a loser job and no education. He seriously doesn't care about a damn thing. Even though we VERY routinely tell him the consequences of his actions (backtalking, doing rotten things to his sister, running around in a store like a 3 year old), he still does them, gets in trouble, and has the nerve to throw a tantrum (screaming, stomping) wherever we are! He lies, manipulates, screams- please help.

I hate myself for thinking along these lines but we live in a world where sadly nothing surprises us anymore.

There's something about the McCanns that makes me very uneasy, if my child had gone missing through my own neglect I would be inconsolable and consumed with guilt not globe trotting around the world, nor would I have the where with all to arrange funds etc. Something just doesn't seem right, there are so few clues as to Madeline's abductor, maybe because there isn't one?

I am 27 years old, and never have ever had sex before. never planned to either until I reached marriage. Me and my boyfriend were watching a movie on tv. Boom boom bam! im pregnant and i do have a bf and eventually we are gonna get married. but right now hes about to get a really good paying job if he gets this job he will be probably like 100 miles away from where we live and theres a posibility that he might move around. so whats it like to be a single mom im scared that when he is gone working ill be all alone and wont be able to handle it. normally family helps but i dont have any family.

I've been having fairly regular contractions for about 2 1/2 days now. Most I've barely been aware of, this evening some of them have hurt and they're lasting about 5 minutes at at time.

One started just when the doorbell rang, it was my MIL and her ward who had called to say they were coming to drop off the carpet cleaner I asked to borrow...

I wanted to tear the heads of my dogs (I love my dogs fiercely and it breaks my heart to think of them hurt), I imagined the front rug on fire because it got caught in the door, my MIL's ward who's 14 asked "and how's my little fatty and baby?" my face went scarlet and I wanted to tear her hair out by the roots...

The next one I felt like I wanted to just smash everything I saw.

After that I returned to being a normal person and not hell spawn.

Anyone else experience occasional RAGE through contractions? Or have I gone completely crazy?

With my first baby I didnt expect to breastfeed and then to the suprise of Me and even the lactation consultant I began to produce milk 7 days later. By then my son would only feed from a bottle so I pumped for about 3 weeks until I got discouraged and gave up. At the time I was only producing 1 oz total each pumping but I only pumped 3-4 times a day not enough. This time I want to do it right and be prepared. Any suggestions on increasing milk by birth time and after. Any one have same experiances?

She reads at an above average level at home and we had to ask her teacher to send home more difficult books as she could read the books she was being given. She even complained the books were always the same.

We spoke to the teacher about it and subsequently got harder books which she can still read fine, but the teacher now wants her to go into a special program because her reading is below the average.

This makes no sense to me.

I had my last period in the beginning of april.. My period is now three weeks late. I don't feel like i am going to get it at all, I have taken two pregnancy tests and they both said negative. Should I just wait to see if i get my period next month? or should go to the dr. right away? i don't know if it would hurt anything to wait or do i need prenatal vitamins right away if i am pregnant??

I'm so tired of seeing the same questions over and over again in this category. For example, i'm 15, had sex last night, took a preg test this morning and it's negative. Why can't people google it or look under questions that have been asked already. Why are children so young having sex already? When people take preg tests don't they read the directions? I'm so annoyed!!

My mom went today for her 18 week ultrasound but she went kind of early. Anyways we found out the baby hs Gastroschisis and we have beenworried all day. I did a little reasearch. But i would really like to know if this has happened to other people.

How long are cat's generally pregnant before they give birth and how many kittens in general do they have for each litter. My daughter is 12.5 years old and started getting her periods last year. When that time of the month roles around, she is incredible difficult to control with temper tantrums, crying, screaming, fighting with her younger brother and step-father etc. She still doesn't have a regular cycle so we can't really prepare for these outbursts until we're in the middle of one. My question is should I try putting her on birth control to try and even out her cycle and have time to prepare and maybe curb the PMS symptoms, or is there something else I could try? Each month I feel like I'm in the middle of war zone. Any experience or advice would be greatly appreciated.

My daughter (5 years old) has just revealed to me that when she goes to have summer visitation with her father, that her step-grandfather is making her do alot of sexual stuff to him...i will spare you the details, but trust me, some of the things she has told me are things that grown married couples have not done. I took her to see a therapist and she has another appointment tomorrow, the therapist is reporting it to the proper people. I just don't know how to deal with what she is telling me! She asked me today will her doctor help her "get it out of her eyes when she goes to bed at night", meaning i suppose that she can't stop thinking about it when she goes to bed. She tells me something new about it everyday so far and I just don't know how to keep from killing this guy! I am so sick over it that I can't hardley even kiss my husband because all i can think about is what has happend to my child. HELP!!!! Any advice is welcome!

I have asked alot of maybe scared stupid questions.......please ignore them all!!!!
BUt i went to a clinic yesterday, and I took a urine pragnancy test and it came back negative, but them last friday I took a home EASYCLEAR or something pregnancy test and it was positive??? Can I still be pregnant because I also did not get my period yet and it is very late!!!

My 2wk old has had jaundice since she was 2 days old. I have had her on the billi blanket at night for 4 nights. However, it is only going down very slowly. I have also alternated formula with breast milk. can anyone tell me something else to try? Doc says not to put her in direct sunlight since they are more prone to sunburn, but, I do put her crib next to the window. Thanks all!
