Has anyone considered that the Dr's McCann may have sedated their kids to go out and it went horribly wrong?

I hate myself for thinking along these lines but we live in a world where sadly nothing surprises us anymore.

There's something about the McCanns that makes me very uneasy, if my child had gone missing through my own neglect I would be inconsolable and consumed with guilt not globe trotting around the world, nor would I have the where with all to arrange funds etc. Something just doesn't seem right, there are so few clues as to Madeline's abductor, maybe because there isn't one?

You have a point. There are so many things about the McCanns that irritate and confuse me; like if they were so bothered why getting Maddie back, why is Rome the first place they're visiting for 'High Tea ' with the pope when the first and last sighting of their daughter was in Morrocco??!! Surely that would be their first port of call?, but God forbid that interrupt their holiday and high profile visit to the Pope at the expense of the concerned publics donations.

hey lol something is particularlly strange with this case i know,many questions are asked like why only take madeline why not the other two, and why they were left on there own, when the hotel offered a babysitting service although being that its a family friendly resort why not put kids in a pushchair and take them with ya afterall its a family holiday. saying this my heart goes out to the family and i wish them all the best in finding madeline whatever it takes, and keepin the case in the public eye is the best way to do this. everyone learns from there mistakes although this was ultimate price to pay lets all hope they find maddy,i would sell everything i ever owned if my 3yr old went missing my kids are my world, and i would also do whateva it takes, this case if def puzzling and someone knows what they have done whateva the case lets just hope much as it pains me to say poor maddy isnt on the sex trade.... and she is foulnd alive and well.

Sorry to say this BUT the McCanns have got absolutely no chance of finding Madeline, I guarantee she is dead.

Anyway I think they are just in it for the publicity, I mean this morning in the Vatican they where talking to the press and talking to national/international journalists. If I had a child and he/she was kidnapped I wouldn't be globe-trotting or going on the TV if it didn't help the situation.

Susan Smith....she was a woman several years ago on tv crying and pleading with kidnappers to bring her children back. Everyone felt so sorry for her. Her childen were found in a lake in her car where she put them. She put her car in gear got out and let her babies suffer through drowning.

Scott Peterson...very believable again..on tv crying pleading for whoever took is pregnant wife to let her go. She was found exactly where he put her. He dumped her off his boat.

So it does happen!!!! This was my theory from the beginning and boy did I get alot of thumbs down for it. Maybe little Madeleine got out of bed and did something to hurt herself as a result dieing and her parents needed to cover it up when they found her like this because they knew they were wrong in leaving them alone.Who knows really but God and them?

As far as what they are doing...who knows what any of us would do in this situation. Where are they globetrotting to and why? Madeleine if still alive and hopefully sold from some crooked adoption service could be anywhere in the world. People desperate for a baby would do most anything to get the child they can't have or maybe don't know it was illegal. Heard of this many times as well. Point being....if she would have been supervised properly like a toddler should...this would have never happened. Turning your back on your toddler for a minute or so is scarey enough and they move quickly but leaving in apt or hotel room for 3 hours is ridiculous and child abuse in my eyes.

In cases like this the public doesn't know even half of the details. They like to not give out too much information if it isn't needed because then it is easier to catch people out. We will never know what they are feeling or if you are right or not. It is all in them. I live in Australia and know the ins and outs of this, so they must be doing something right. This is all over the world.

If your children went missing, there's only so long that your body could cope with being hysterical. People find different ways of coping and by going around the world, they probably think they are doing everything in their power to get their baby back. If it happened to you, where would you start to look? I think, they probably feel bad enough as it is without people speaking like this about them. And if there was no abductor then where is she?

Do you know, when I read your question I initially planned to have a go but there is something wrong about them, if it was my boy then God I don't know what I'd do but I know I wouldn't be globe trotting or appearing on TV composed and full of myself (not even a tear)

I don't think they sedated them though...

something really stinks with the whole thing the little girl is obviosly dead by now. at the end of the day we have 4 children and we would NEVER leave them in a hotel room on there own at that age i blame the parents what ever angle you look at this from being doctor i would have given them more sense but they are obviosly complete muppets again some thing really stinks

i dont agree with you as we only know about the information divulged to the public there must be a lot more.
i do think that they were wrong for leaving the kids alone, there daughter went missing yet again they have done it again by jaunting off to rome.
surely if their faith is so strong wouldnt they want there other children to meet the head of their religion the pope?
they have just lost a daughter how can they feel ok about doing it with their twins?

In a way i agree, but i think Madeline was doped up and then the kidnapper was easy to stow her away with the 'help' of the tranquilizers. Calpol kids come to mind!
