Hi my 10 month old loves to play with daddy's belt, that's the only thing he plays with lately i'm abit concerned ,
is this normal behaviour ? i don't want him to grow up into bondage stuff because whips and leather belts remind me of scary stuff.
Or am i being too paronoid??

He likes the belt for one of three reasons. It smells like Daddy or he sees Daddy wearing it or if his teeth hurt chewing on it makes them feel better.
Please don't project your fears onto him, especially something of a sexual nature. He is far too young.

You are being too paroniod! My baby loves to play with his daddy's leather belt too. It's like no other toy! Plus it smells just like daddy. Let your baby enjoy there is no problem.

LOLOLOL! Sorry, your kid is interested in textures and how things move and how the leather smells and feel. My 11 year old used to steal new tampons and play with them, and he has grown to be a totally normal, hormonal boy. Dont worry, its normal. Of course, I didn steal and play with my folks pistol when I was 3 and I grew up to be a cop...but your baby is normal, dont worry about it.

a baby is not associating daddys belt to sexual acts.
its fine. the belt smells like daddy, and leather makes a good chew for babies.

it's fun to play with a belt.
My daughter would ignore all of her toys and play with an empty crisp packet...never did figure that one out!
