You can get an ultrasound but it will cost hundreds of dollars and is not a perfect science. Sometimes the ultrasound tech is wrong about the baby's sex.

Ultrasound should really only be used when medically necessary, not simply for determining the baby's gender.

The scientific method is to have an ultrasound around 18-20 weeks.

The Old Wives Tales say
if you pee bright yellow - boy
if you pee dull yellow - girl
if heartbeat is below 140 beats per minute - Boy
if heartbeat is above - girl
if you crave salty - boy
if you crave sweet - girl
if you look like you are carrying a basketball - Boy
if you look like you are carrying a watermelon - Girl

there are a million more. Have fun and take it with a grain of salt. Just hope for a healthy child no matter what the sex.

At 20 weeks you will be able to find out through ultra-sound. Don't believe all the old wives tales predicting the sex. I thought for sure I was pregnant with a girl and when I found out I was having a boy, I cried right there on the ultra-sound table...

Have an ultrasound. Your doctor should have one scheduled for around 20 weeks. You could try the old wives tales for fun though. You can find some on babycenter.com. Some 4D offices offer boy/girl sex determination packages that they'll do at around 16-17 weeks. You can look up some in your area. GL and congratulations!!!

At four months I had an ultra sound and they told me it was a girl which it was, rake god cause I had every ready for a girl. People told he sometimes there wrong but the ultra sound was right. For fun try the Chinese calender or something like that my sister in law did it for me and it was also right.

You should have your 20 weeks U/S soon - they can tell you then. But, it isn't a 100%. With my third they told me 3 times it was a girl and when I delivered, it was a BOY!

Well, you should be getting an u/s soon. Your first u/s will be at 16-20 weeks. Before that you just have to rely on instinct.

Take the quizzes! Sit on a fork. Ask people. They aren't accurate, but they are fun.
All you can really do is wait for your ultrasound or wait for the results if testing was done.

There are a lot of ways women believe they can find out what sex they are having, none of them are true.. just "wives tales"... I would think the only way is ultrasound. good luck
