Hi all, my baby is 6 months old, two days ago my legs start to swollen up until i have to change my shoes to 2 sizes bigger then i can fit in and i felt very dizzy also. Is it normal during pregnancy?

I woke up this morning with a sore throat and sneezing which has now become none stop. Ususally, I take vitamin C (500) in addition to the amount in my regular vitamins. Now, I am taking prenatal vitamins. Can I still take a lot of vitamin C during pregnancy to make my cold/flu go away as I use to before I became pregnant, or is it dangerous? If so, what can I take?

I last had sex on january 14-15th. we've been trying. I had a very abnormal period. i got it about 3 days earlier then i expected it and when i got it it was very very light blood. i went through one pad in the 2 days i had it then it just vanished. so i bought a pregnancy test came out neg. waited another .neg. i bought one last weekend to keep just incase. I dont know if these are any symptoms ive been a lil more hungier then usual. I think i may have gained a few lbs. frequent bathroom trips. headaches, being dizzy. And my stomach is like idk how to explain it is like hard. i cant suck in my stomach and it feels like the muscles are somthing is tightened up ..but i havent been working out. Nausea. I can not sleep on my stomach like i usually used to. I get very sharp pains.. Tonite i also had a very mucusy pinkish blood discharge. Im not due for period until bout 2 weeks from now. could it be spotting? could i be pregnant? Or could it be somthing more serious. Thank y'all so much.

I have read from people on this site that many people were given Metformin along with Clomid to induce ovulation. I am about to start my second cycle of Clomid after an initial cycle in which I did not ovulate. My question is, at what point were you told to add metformin to the mix? My doctor has not mentioned it yet, but why not? Does it carry the risk of added side effects? If it increases the likelihood of ovulation, why wait? I am still seeing my regular OBGYN (and not a specialist) and I am wondering if a specialist would already have recommended metformin. thanks.

Im 18, about 126 lbs., and this is my first pregnancy. I notice today (I haven't really looked closely in a couple of days) that I had a little bit more of a belly could I be starting to show? I can't wait to start showing so it, unfortunatly, may just be in my head.

My daughter has signs of autism. Like walking on teppy toes saying things over and over but she also knows alot like abc's and she can count to 20 she 5 years old and never been to school or day care yet (oh yeah she knows over 10 shapes and knows her colors) its really hard to teach her things but once she knows it she knows it. she was hit by a car before she turn 3 and even before then she couldnt talk well. i was wondering is there anyone out there that has this problem with there kid im looking for help on what they have done i getting her tested now but there so much more i want to do for her

I'm taking my girls for their 4th time tomorrow. They have such a blast when we go. The only thing is, I never see other parents taking their young kids out on the skating floor. I was wondering if anyone else does this with their kids. My girls are nearly 2 and 3 so I know they aren't too young. They love it.

My periods are normally 30 days last month it was 35 and different. This week I should have ovulated and I'm super crampy and my breasts hurt. I'm quesy and I've had a headache for 4 days. My question is does this sound like ovulation symptoms or maybe pregnant? With my daughter a home test didn't work untill I was 9 weeks and I can't get to a dr. untill next week. I had intercourse around December 10-15 2005, I had a period in the beginning of January 2006 and had intercourse with different person after that. I got pregnant...to my knowledge my last period was Jan 06...my due date was October 15 2006. At the end of Aug begin of Sep 06 i went into premature labor..they put me on medicine 2 stop contractions...I had my daughter Oct 8 2006. Is it possible that I coulda got pregnant from Dec intercourse and the premature labor was real labor but since I thought I got pregnant in Jan they stopped it and it caused me to have baby late???

I have had no morning sickness but have had food adversions, fatigue and HORRIBLE breast tenderness. Many people have told me not throwing up is a bad sign but then there are those who said they had none and had healthy babies...my mom had no morning sickness with any of her kids and we all were healthy.

hi..i used to have a regular 28 day cycle..my expected period date was feb 18th..i missed it this time..i saw a brownish shade in my panties on the 24th and 25th days of my cycle..when i tried a home pregnancy test i got a positive result..but vaguely..the line was not as dark as the other one..i hope i am pregnant..the doubt is, should i be worried about the brownish stain? does it need an urgent attention from doctor?
