I just found out that one of my sisters friend just got a stillbirth baby and I was just wondering sice she was 8 months does she still have to go through the birth process? I didn't want to ask her and be nosy because it is a sensitive subject right now.

Unfortunately yes she will still have to deliver the baby. If there are no other complications they will induce labour andshe will push it out like a "normal" delivery. My friends baby died in the womb at 38 weeks after a fairly trouble free pregnancy and it was heart breaking to watch her and her husband go through that. My sympathy to you and your friend.

Yes , she will still have to have this baby one way or another. Some doctors will do a cesarean, but most will try to avoid it as it is not necessary. but it would be necessary to have labor and deliver the baby. Usually the doctor will induce labor to end the ordeal sooner rather than wait for labor to occurr naturally. It is heartbreaking and a difficult thing for everyone involved. I hope they are ultimately able to explain what went wrong, but all too often, the answer is not apparent.

yes she will have to deliver this baby. actually the state will issue a death certificate(some states ever issue a birth certificate) at this stage of the pregnancy. send her a card and treat this death just as you would any death so sorry to hear about the loss and don't say"you can always have another baby" she will never have THIS baby and thats what she wants THIS baby not just any baby so sad

Yes, they induce labor and the baby has to be delivered normally. Sometimes they even let them hold the baby.

Yes she will still have the baby like you or I would. If she didn't go into labor on her own they would have done a c-section.

Yes, she needs to deliver him, and then bury the baby.
