I last had sex on january 14-15th. we've been trying. I had a very abnormal period. i got it about 3 days earlier then i expected it and when i got it it was very very light blood. i went through one pad in the 2 days i had it then it just vanished. so i bought a pregnancy test came out neg. waited another .neg. i bought one last weekend to keep just incase. I dont know if these are any symptoms ive been a lil more hungier then usual. I think i may have gained a few lbs. frequent bathroom trips. headaches, being dizzy. And my stomach is like idk how to explain it is like hard. i cant suck in my stomach and it feels like the muscles are somthing is tightened up ..but i havent been working out. Nausea. I can not sleep on my stomach like i usually used to. I get very sharp pains.. Tonite i also had a very mucusy pinkish blood discharge. Im not due for period until bout 2 weeks from now. could it be spotting? could i be pregnant? Or could it be somthing more serious. Thank y'all so much.

The bleeding you had since it was so light could have been implantation bleeding....Your symptoms sound like pregnancy symptoms as well...your tests may have come out neg because there is not enough hcg in your system yet to show a positive result...Wait another week and test again..if still neg and no period then I would get a blood test done... they are more accurate than a urine test...Good Luck!

I am certainly not an expert here but if youre having sharp pains and pinkish discharge I would say youre getting ready to have another period or as someone else stated maybe just ovulating. You probably arent pregnant ( darn, Im sorry) but if you think you are just follow the instructions on the p.g. test. When I had my kids the thing that made the tests positive was a hormone only created during pregancy. HCG. If youre pregnant you have it, if not you dont. Good luck getting pregnant. It can certainly be a tough road to go through if youre not getting the results you want. Good luck.

ß-hCG Hormone in Pregnant Women

Introduction

This article explores the role of the hormone HCG, also referred to as b-HCG, BHCG
and B-HCG.

ß-hCG is the abbreviated form of "Beta Human Chorionic Gonadotropin", so you can see why its much more convenient to use one of the shorter forms.

As you can see from the chapters listed below, we will firstly explain the function of the hormone and how it is used during pregnancy. This will be followed by a discussion on the various different tolerance/reference levels quoted by various physicians and laboratories around the world.

usually you dont get those kind of symptoms until 3 months or more.
in case u were preggo its like a month right?
so symptoms do not come until later.
and since the hpt came out neg, 3 times, i think u r not.

i guess al the "symptoms" are psychologycall, i cant tell about the spotting. and about the mucus id say u r ovulating.

but needless to say, go n see a dr, if u r feeling not good.

good luck

If you aren't due for your period for two weeks, you're likely ovulating. It doesn't sound serious. If you are ever in doubt, go to your Dr. If you think you are pregnant, wait until after you're late for your period and then test again. Test every three days until your normal period comes.
