Morning sickness is not a sign of a problem with the pregnancy. Some women get it and others dont. Also a person that had it with one pregnancy may not have it at all with another. It's just one of those things that you either get or you don't. It's nothing to worry about and you should be happy that you haven't..lol. I had it for months with my son and it was horrible. I would throw up at least twice a day. I didn't really have it with my daughter thought. I had nausea for about three weeks but only threw up once.

So many silly theories out there about pregnancy! Morning sickness is just one of those misfortunes which many women experience with pregnancy--- like stretch marks, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, swollen feet and high blood pressure, and other icky things. Some women get them and some don't!
Good for you that you don't have it!
Maybe the rumor got started because morning sickness is an adverse reaction to the extra hormones your body is now producing. Maybe some people think if you don't react badly to it, its because you don't have enough of the pregnancy hormones. But it is simply not true.
Good luck with your pregnancy--- and I hope you don't throw up even once!

If you have no morning sickness more power to you! But I feel ya on the rest of your symptoms! I read somewhere that studies have shown that there is a slight decrease in risk of miscarriages for women who suffer from morning sickness in their first trimester than women who do not. But congratulations on your pregnancy, good luck!

If I don't have morning sickness, does that mean I'm more likely to have a miscarriage?
Not necessarily. It's true that a number of studies have shown that women who have miscarriages are less likely to have had nausea. (If your baby or your placenta were not developing properly, you'd have lower levels of pregnancy hormones in your system, so it follows that you'd have little or no nausea.)
But there are plenty of women with perfectly normal pregnancies who manage to escape nausea during their first trimester. Count yourself lucky and don't obsess about it if you're not suffering!
