my toddler has had loose stools for several days it is almost like wather and it smell bady.. one person said it was just a tummy flu and the toher person says rotovirus... it is yellow in color also

I am 6 monts pregnant and me an my boyfriend cant decide on what 2 name kid.?
sinse we dont no what it gonna be yet if it be a boy or girl he seys that we should nam the baby Herhe sinse it might be both a her or a he. I dont like the sound of it but he seys its reely good and fun. What should I do? I like Sha'Niqua for a girl or Antwone for a boy.

Well i gess i be ghetto then sinse all yo be thainkin i gonna name my kid some ghetto name. I gess is just a black thang and all you not black peeps can call me whatevr you want i dont care. I aint namein my kid Herhe because i dont like the sound of it not becaus it sound to ghetto. I from the ghetto so it aint no thang. Ill find me a name that goes with my boyfriends name. his name is Urie fo short. His real name is Urien but he dont like to be called it. I think maybe I can make him like the name Urie Jr. I still need a middle name though.

I've been TTC for awhile now. I had a progesterone test at day 21 and it said I hadn't ovulated that month and they are gonna put me on Clomid, they canceled my appt. last Thursday because he was in surgery and I have an appt. this Thursday. Day 21 was a Tuesday the 6th, well the next Sunday my cm was a little more springy and very abundant. Well we did things that night and I thought that there's a rare chance I ovulated. Well I was supposed to start Monday (based on the fact that I normally have a 34 day cycle) I took a test this morning it was neg. I didn't have any regular ovulation tests so I couldn't confirm ovulation that weekend. I don't think I am pregnant, I've just run out of hope. Each month comes and nothing. The doctors think I have PCOS but they haven't said to me directly "you have polycystic ovarian syndrome" but they said they thought that's what it was. I'm going to ask Thursday but I fit all the symptoms and so do my blood tests. Anyone have advice?

I had brownish spotting late at night on the 18th and on the 19th I am having what seems like a normal period now. I am very regular and my periods usually come on the dot, I have taken a pregnancy test and I am neg. could there be a possibility I am pregnant and my body doesnt know it yet? how many women have periods and neg tests but end up being pregnant any way?

I recently bought a "Belly Bar" because I heard they taste great and have a lot of vitamins. As I read the nutrional facts though, I noticed it is very high in folic acid and other vitamins which is great. However, I read on my vitamin bottle that over 1mg of folic acid daily may lead to anemia. I have also heard that too much vitamin A is not good while you're pregnant. Lastly, the bar says that it contains all of the daily supplemental nurtients needed during pregnancy. Should I not eat these while I am taking my prenatal vitamins? Has anyone else tried these while taking their prenatals and have had no negative results from them?

This past week he has stopped napping. He'll only nap if he's being pushed in the stroller or if he's going for a car ride, (but not in the swing). He's not overly cranky. Only when he's over stimulated with too many people does he then seem really cranky.

He's sitting next to me right now in his bouncy seat playing and laughing at the hanging toys. And he hasn't slept in nearly 10 hours.

He sleeps pretty good at night, wakes up for 2 feedings and then goes back to sleep for a total of about 9 hours. Is this enough sleep for a 4 month old?

Sometimes I go to a store and ask for a fitting room to breastfeed my daugther and they look at me like if i was crazy... mostly mans. I think they should tech at school that breastfeeding is normal. They should teach this when teaching sexual stuff.

He throws fits when I tell him no, when its time for bed, and any time he doesn't get his way! He has been doing this since he was about 3 and they haven't gotten better. He doesn't ever throw himself down and kick, he just cries. What really scares me is a couple times when he has been sent to his room, he mentioned killing himself. He had a friend (his age) die of cancer 2 years ago, so maybe thats where that comes from. We have tried everything; grounding him, ignoring him, (I don't agree) but yes we have also spanked him. He doesn't throw fits at school, or around his friends. He is a straight "A" student and his teacher is shocked when I ask about fits? I am so worried because his sister is ADHD, my mother is bipolar and my nephew is depressed, my sister has OCD. So yes "problems" run in my family. Please tell me he will out grow this!!

My boyfriend told me he heard a story on the radio about a baby born today or sometime recently at around 22 or so weeks, that measured 9 inches. He didn't hear any of the other details.

Did anyone hear about that, and can you tell me what the story really is?

I started experiencing Braxton Hicks Contractions from around week 36. I ask my doc about it and she said it was nothing to worry about. In fact, she said my baby had a 10/10 score and was even almost already in position for a normal delivey. However these contractions started becoming more regular and intense over the next week. Because of these contractions, i could barely notice my baby's movements. Nearing week 38, one day i did not feel any movement at all. At the doc office, an ultrasound scan was done and we found that my baby's heart was barely beating. An emergency c-section was performed but my baby could not be saved. I want to know if these contractions could have caused any distress to my baby or had anything to do with my baby's death. Please, if anyone has any idea, kindly share with me.

hi my name is Catherine my son has been sick for three days since the start of the term and i think he has been faking it for i see him walking around often on the internet when im not watching "or so he thinks" im trying to find a suitable way to punish him for this i have thought of one i would like you feedback on the idea i want to put him into cloth diapers for each day he has been sick example he can either wear them the next three days at school or at home on weekends all day because if he is really sick they should help any *cough problems and just to make sure he does it i can say i will hang them on the front line for people to see and when people ask what they are there for ie his brother or friends i will say he has been having a few problems by the way my son is 14

I missed my period,my LMP was 20th jan.07 and after that i did not get period,I'm at TTC,and exspecting pregenency..this is my first time..so little scared and excited too,y'day i took home pregnency test,2 lines appeared but the second line which reflcts pregnency was very thin as cpmpared to other one..can i still be pregnent as the second line was very light and thin?do i need to take the test again..or should i go for blood test hcg? pls suggest...

My 16 yo son is in big trouble at our house (his primary residence) b/c he told his 5 yo sis to call me the worst swear word you can call a woman (begins with c)! Now he wants to live with his dad who is never home - no supervision! About 2 months ago, my 16 yo was in big trouble with his dad & didn't want to visit him at his house. Of course, we made him visit his dad as we had arranged. My son plays me & his dad against each other to his advantage. We're having a big family meeting tomorrow nite - my son, his dad, me, also my hubby, the step-dad. I'm concerned my son is going in a wrong path. What should we do? Any serious suggestions are greatly appreciated!
