6-9 days before my period is due? They say 2 weeks before is the best time, but I just want to know. What's the probability?

Yes, you can. You get get pregnant while being on your " time of the month" as well. Just be carefull... If you are looking to get pregnant, then don't be carefull.. LOL

I went for infertility treatment for a couple years and in the course of that treatment, I discovered that I usually ovulated on day 17 or 18 and occasionally the 19th, even though I had a normal length cycle. Where sex is concerned, don't take anything for granted ... whether it's the risk of pregnancy or STDs. Everyone knows you can't get pregnant if you're taking the Pill, right? Well, my sister got pregnant on it twice. After the first time, the doc said he'd give her a stronger pill, but that didn't work either. There are a lot of people walking around here who wouldn't be here if things always worked the way they should. Use protection.

I would recommend going to walmart or your local drug store and picking up the ovulation kit. I am not sure how it works, however i know that it can determine when you will be ovulating, therefore increasing your chances of getting pregnant. That is the most accurate way to find out ovulation... everyone woman is different.
