Been there, done that. Wear a pad. If the pad gets completely soaked in an hour, go to the emergency room.

You really shouldn't use a tampon. You could risk an infection. Stick with pads and good luck with your procedure tomorrow.

stick with a pad, if you start to have pain that means that your body is trying to abort the baby, so you might pass it before your d and c, my fetus tissue passed about 3 hours before my scheduled d and c and I was in so much pain when it passed, but once it was done, back to normal physically, but not emotionally

No, you'll want all of that to flow out of your body- the tissue that passes will cause infection and may cause you to hemmorage.

I would recommend using pads even though they are uncomfortable they are much safer for you.

i wouldn't the cotton could cause a serious problem as it is after your d&C you wont be able to wear them either
