i wanted to know how i could have rosy cheeks w/o using any makeup?

or could it be different? im wondering if im going to have the same contractions as my first one, they were painful and more in my abdomen than my back. im just curious cause i know theres people who go through back labor and i dont want to be expecting contractions to be one way and ignore the different ones when they start. anyone have the same or different labor pains with their pregnancies? again im asking this to moms who have had no complications and pretty much the same pregnancys with all or at least 2 of their kids?

Hello all! Im 33 weeks pregnant and i just see alot of ladies on here talking about having Braxton Hicks 5-6 times a day........

My question is I dont get them AT ALL! Is this strange? Does any one else not have braxton hicks contractions? I had them 3 times when i was about 20 weeks along or so but nothing since then. Does that mean my body is not preparing yet?

I started with 50mg, then 100mg the 2nd month, and the 3rd month was 150mg. My progesterone level on day 22 was only 2.6, but I was pretty sure that I ovulated because I had some sharp little pains on those days that I should have been. I was told to take a pregnancy test on day # 32 if I hadn't gotten my period. I took the test and it was negative. But my breasts have been very sore, I've been nauseous off and on throughout the day, and have had some mild cramping. I am really getting confused and am looking for some advice. Thanks alot!

My husband and I are due with a little girl on the eighteenth, and we can't decided on a first name. The middle name will be Katherine, because it is a family name. The last name is Cedars

I like Elisabeth, Georgia, Charlotte, and Augusta.

He wants Lindsay, Madison, Sadie, or Isabel.

So obviously, I am a bigger fan of the classics, while he prefers newer, more popular names.

What names can you suggest that we could both agree on?

I might be just paranoid about this whole situation, but this is what happened. I took the morning pill on January 3rd, where I got my period on January 7th. As usual, my period was the same as always (5-6 days.. 2nd and 3rd days were my strongest then it gradually becomes lighter). I don't have abnormal period (where I don't miss it) nor my cycle NEVER lasted more than 5-6 days. However, I got my period again on january 22nd. This time, my cycle was about 9 days long. On the 5th day of my cycle, my menstruation dyed down (that's always the case) but this time, it got heavy on the 6th day.. which continued on until the 9th day. I haven't had sex ever since I took the morning pill... is there a chance that I'm pregnant?

Also, i've always been an average 24-28th day cycle girl.. this time, ive been 11-16th day cycle. the last time i got my period before january 7 was december 21. then after, i got it on january 22nd.

Hi everyone! Is it possible that the clearblue easy fertility monitor could tell you you are ovulating but you are not? I used mine for the first time in January. My LMP was 12/25/06 and the monitor told me I ovulated on the 14th or 15th. My period was due on January 26th but never showed. I took a preg test on January 26th, 31st, and Feb 7th all negative. I am confused, anyone have any thought to share????

a few months ago, my bf and i had a pregnancy scare...turns out everything was ok, but we got into the discussion of what would be do if i would have been pregnant? i'm against abortion...he would want me to have an abortion and says if he had a kid at this point in his life he would go crazy (literally)...we wouldn't be financially ready for a child...however, we still have sex (i'm on birth control and we also use condoms)...should we be having sex as much as we do?? what do you think i should do if i would become pregnant? basically what are your thoughts on what i'm saying??

At about 10 weeks my doctor did an ultrasound and diagnosed my pregnancy as non-viable. I was offered a D&C, but chose expectant management. After waiting 2 weeks, the bleeding began. I bleed an extremely heavy rush of blood and clots, feeling as if I faint for 4 hours the first night. I passed tons of large clots and blood, that I could not even wear a pad. After this, I bled a medium amount for 2 days. Then I had severe labor like cramps and pains, so bad I could not stand it. My husband called the doctor and they said to take 800 MG Motrin. After about 2 hours, the cramping went away and more clots passed. The next day, the labor cramping started again for another 2 hours, after which more bleeding came. The bleeding continued for a medium amount for another 5 days. Last night (day 8) I passed more large clots and bled quite heavy. Today, (day 9) the bleeding has almost quit. Is it finally over, or will continue for a longer time? Is this normal?

I went to the doctors today and they told me that Im 80% effaced and 3 cm dilated... what does this mean? Does that mean that I'm gonna have the baby soon? Also, are there things I can do to speed things up? Im really excited now.

is this possible, to ovulate while you bleed? I usually bleed for about 7-10 days. It's horrible and I hate it. Also, I had an hsg test done on the 15th of January and started bleeding 2 days afterwards (which I was due for my period on the 31st), stopped on the 30th, then started bleeding again on the 4th and still bleeding. Has this happened to anyone after an HSG test?

its just this obgyn keeps sending me for test. so far quest diagnostics has charged me over $1500 for blood test ,pap cultures. the jerk dosnt even have the decency to tell me any of my results. i could only imagine how much a sonogram cost. i know the jail or prison will give me one free of charge.

I went to see my OB for an appointment last Friday...that was while I was 33weeks and 3 days old. At that time when the nurse weighed me, I actually lost 3 pounds from my last checkup time. But then I asked the OB when she measured my belly to tell me how much my baby is weighing. She said almost between 4.5-4.75 pounds. I asked her if it was normal and she said it was a bit on the high side but that I have some weeks left until we can tell for sure how much this baby grows. Anyway I have another appointment tomorrow and that will put me at 34 weeks 3 days. How much as an estimate would my baby be in the next 5/6 weeks while i hopefully deliver the baby? Does he grow half a pound or a pound during the last few weeks? Could I be having a big baby or is it normal for him to be about 5 pounds now?

I havent given it to my son yet and he has 2 teeth, he is six months old and getting more teeth and they are driving him crazy. Hes extra crabby! I am wondering if its worth it to try baby orajel. My main fear is that he loves to chew on his hands and I dont want him to rub his eyes and get the baby orajel solution in them.

i had a lot of trouble in the beginning with breastfeeding due to my doctor insisting that i supplement with formula at every feeding. now i am exclusively breastfeeding but and it seems that my baby wants to feed constantly and is always hungry even after an hour of nursing. either that or he falls asleep while nursing and i can't wake him up ... until i try to put him down and then he wakes and wants to nurse again. when do the feedings get easier and of shorter duration? it seems like all i do all day and night is breastfeed! (at least every 3 hours, usually for 40 minutes or more at a time)
